Yesterday for Group Therapy, we read an email from Paul that was short and to the point.
Ten years ago, Paul had an affair with his best friend’s wife. His friend never found out but every time Paul sees him, he feels like the worst person in the world.
Paul wanted to know what he should do to get over this so he can move on and whether or not he should tell his buddy.
I always say this and I’ll say it again; men, you have to educate yourself before you get yourself in trouble.
You need to be proactive about doing the right thing because when you’re horny, you’re not going to think straight that is why you have to burn it into your brain that you can’t make ethical decisions in this state of mind. Before entering a situation, you must think about every scenario that could happen and know how you should react.
Trust me; it is much easier to not make dumb choices when you think about things before you become aroused.
