Incidents and arrests released on: Thursday, October 23, 2014


**INCIDENTS**

Armed Robbery – On October 22nd at 10:40PM, officers responded to the Residence Inn located at 7345 Williamson Blvd in Manassas (20109) to investigate a robbery. An employee reported to police that an unknown man entered the lobby and approached the front desk counter. Once there, the man pulled out a handgun and demanded money from the employee. The man took an undisclosed amount of money before fleeing on foot. No injuries were reported. A police K-9 was used to search for the suspect.
Suspect Description:
Black male, between 20 & 29 years of age, 6'0", 180-200lbs with a medium build
Last seen wearing a navy blue sweatshirt with a black overcoat, black gloves and a mask

Residential Burglary – On October 22nd at 3:00PM, officers responded to a residence located in the 14400 block of Filarete St in Woodbridge (22193) to investigate a burglary. The homeowner reported to police that the burglary occurred between 8:30AM and 2:45PM. The investigation revealed that entry was made into the home through a rear patio door. A gaming console, iPad and money were reported missing.

THURSDAY, OCTOBER 23, 2014
LARCENY:
Pawnee Dr, 10/22 5:00 p.m. A resident reported that prescription medication was stolen from
her room. A suspect has been identified and the investigation is ongoing.
HIT AND RUN/VANDALISM:
1200 block Lafayette Blvd, 10/22 5:25 p.m. - 6:15 p.m. A 31-year-old Spotsylvania resident
reported that a white work van rear-ended his Subaru on Lafayette Boulevard near Kenmore
Avenue but the driver of the van didn't stop. The van then attempted to pass the victim's car on
the 2-lane road but was unable to do so. At one point while traffic was stopped, the driver of the
van got out of his vehicle and walked up to the Subaru, kicked the passenger side door, and then
got back in his van and sped away. A possible suspect has been identified and the investigation
is ongoing.
DUI ARRESTS:
Curtis Conley, 41, of Bumpass was arrested for DUI in the 1200 block of Townsend Boulevard.
ARRESTS:
Jonathan Poston, 32, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a warrant from Stafford charging him
with failure to comply with a court order.
Eve Washington, 43, of Spotsylvania was arrested for shoplifting from Walmart.
Courtney Washington, 20, of Spotsylvania was arrested for shoplifting from Walmart.

**INCIDENTS**

Crash – Fatality – On October 21st at 6:58PM, investigators from the Crash Investigation Unit responded to the 13400 block of Jefferson Davis Hwy in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate a crash involving a pedestrian. The investigation revealed that the driver of a 2003 Toyota Highlander was traveling southbound on Jefferson Davis Hwy in the area above. At the same time, a pedestrian, identified as an adult woman, was crossing the street and was subsequently struck by the vehicle. The driver remained at the scene and was unharmed. The pedestrian was transported to an area hospital where she died as a result of her injuries. Investigators determined that at the time of the crash, the pedestrian was not in a designated crosswalk and was wearing dark clothing. Weather may have also made it difficult to see the pedestrian as she attempted to cross the road. The driver of the vehicle was not charged. No other contributing factors were determined.

The pedestrian was identified as Amelu G. FELIX, 51, of Woodbridge

The driver of the 2003 Toyota Highlander was identified as a 61 year old woman of Springfield

Armed Robbery | Malicious Wounding – On October 22nd at 12:08AM, officers responded to the Econo Lodge located at 17005 Dumfries Rd in Dumfries (22025) to investigate a robbery. The victim, a 39 year old woman of Woodbridge, reported to police that she made arrangements to meet an unknown man at the above motel. Once inside the room, the man pulled out a handgun and demanded money. During the encounter, the suspect struck the victim multiple times in the face and head with the gun before taking money and fleeing on foot. The victim was transported to an area hospital with non-life threatening injuries. The incident was not random.

Black male, between 20 & 30 years of age, 6'1", 120lbs with a thin build, medium complexion and bald

**INCIDENTS** (Continued)

Residential Burglary – On October 21st at 3:00PM, officers responded to a residence located in the 8100 block of Morningside Dr in Manassas (20112 to investigate a burglary in progress. The homeowner reported to police that she was inside her residence when she heard a knock at her door. The homeowner looked through a peephole and did not recognize the man. A short time later, the homeowner heard the sound of glass breaking in her basement. The homeowner immediately locked the door to the basement and contacted police. The suspects were last seen fleeing on foot towards Dumfries Rd. No property was reported missing. A police K-9 was used to search for the suspect.
Suspect Description:
White female, between 20 & 25 years of age, 5'4"-5'6", 120lbs with a medium build and shoulder length blonde hair
Last seen wearing a white hooded jacket with a fur trim, dark pants and sneakers

Black male, between 20 & 25 years of age, 5'11", 200lbs with a thin build, dark complexion and long black dreadlocks
Last seen wearing a white long sleeve shirt, dark pants and sneakers

Residential Burglary – On October 21st at 7:30AM, officers responded to a residence located in the 1500 block of Maurice Dr in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate a burglary in progress. A resident of the home reported to police that she was asleep inside her bedroom when she woke to a noise coming from the living room. When the resident looked out of her bedroom door, she observed an unknown man exiting the home. The man was then seen walking towards Horner Rd. Entry is believed to have been made through an unsecured rear door. A safe containing money and documents was reported missing. The resident was unable to describe the intruder. A police K-9 was used to search for the suspect.


**ARRESTS**

Commercial Burglary – On October 21st at 2:20AM, officers responded to BonChon located at 14563 Potomac Mill Rd in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate an alarm activation. Officers arrived at the business and observed a front glass window broken out. After checking the business, a cash register was discovered missing. A police K-9 responded and led officers to a wooded area behind the shopping center. Upon reviewing the surveillance footage, two suspects, a man and a woman, were seen entering the business and removing the cash register. Officers quickly identified the suspects as the accused individuals listed below. Both suspects were located in a tent in the wooded area and were arrested without further incident. During the investigation, officers determined that the male suspect had also attempted to enter a neighboring business, the C&W Used Books Store located at 14583 Potomac Mills Rd. No entry was gained into that business and no property was reported missing. Following the investigation, both suspects were charged.

Attempted Assault & Battery on a Law Enforcement Officer [LEO] – On October 19th at 10:50AM, officers responded to a residence located in the 12800 block of Thornton Dr in Catharpin (20143) to investigate a disorderly call. The caller reported to police that the accused, a known acquaintance, was intoxicated and refusing to leave the residence. Officers arrived and made contacted with the accused outside of the home. The accused was placed under arrested and refused to cooperate with police. At one point, the accused attempted to bite one of the officers on the hand. No contact was made and no injuries were reported. The accused was eventually detained without further incident.

Driving under the Influence | Injured Officer – On October 21st at 9:51PM, a Prince William County police officer was directing traffic in the area of Horner Rd and Occoquan Rd in Woodbridge (22191) related to the fatal crash on Jefferson Davis Hwy. As the officer was controlling the intersection, a driver of a vehicle, identified as the accused, proceeded through the intersection and clipped the officer. The accused remained at the scene and was determined to be under the influence of alcohol. Following the investigation, the accused was subsequently arrested. The officer was transported to an area hospital where he was treated and released.

Theft
On 10/19/14, Deputy Tavarez obtained 7 more Felony warrants for Obtaining Money by False Pretense for Shelby Peele, 33 of Spotsylvania. Deputy Tavarez had previously obtained a Felony Warrant for the same charge on 10/17/14 after Peele was identified as the subject selling fraudulent vouchers for Belvedere Plantation.

On 10/18/14, Sr. Deputy Vasquez released Brittany French, 18 of Stafford and Jessica Randall, 19 of Spotsylvania; both on a summons for Shoplifting at Wal-Mart.

On 10/18/14, Deputy Boyd arrested Amanda Nordquist, 33 of Spotsylvania for felony Grand Larceny from a residence.

On 10/17/14, Deputy Smeal arrested Herman Beasley, 47 of Spotsylvania for Felony Shoplifting at Sheetz on Lafayette Blvd.

On 10/17/14, Deputy Papke arrested and released on a summons, Michael Walters, 18 of Stafford for Shoplifting. Deputy Papke made the arrest after responding to Wal-Mart.

On 10/15/14, Deputy Basil released Judith Chechele, 45 of Spotsylvania on a summons for Petit Larceny; Shoplifting, at the Rite Aid located at 5215 Plank Road.

On 10/15/14, Deputy Kcraget arrested Sergio Donis, 18 of Spotsylvania for Grand Larceny from Macys & JC Penney.

Assault
On 10/19/14, First Sgt. Pittman arrested Philip Sims, 20 of Spotsylvania for Brandishing. Sims was released on a Summons without incident.

On 10/15/14, Deputy Tittle arrested Joshua Dixon, 18 of Spotsylvania for Brandishing a Firearm and Carrying a Concealed Weapon stemming from a dispute in the 5800 block of Glen Eagles Drive.

DUI
On 10/19/14, Sr. Deputy Woodard arrested James Fox, 45 of Spotsylvania for Felony DUI and Driving Outside of Restrictions during a traffic stop at the KFC restaurant, Southpoint.

On 10/18/14, Deputy Polliard arrested Damien Stevens, 33 of Hanover for DUID and Driving Suspended during a traffic stop at the Exxon on Market St.

On 10/16/14, Deputy Baugh arrested Montana Moody, 18 of Spotsylvania for DUI and Refusal.

On 10/13/14, Deputy Hahn arrested Kaitlin Smith, 26 of Spotsylvania for DUI. Smith was involved in a single vehicle accident on Benchmark Road.

Narcotics
On 10/19/14, Deputy Moore arrested Paul Edward Travino, Jr., 33 of Spotsylvania in the 5000 Block of Up-A-Way for Unlawful Entry, Possession of Schedule 4 narcotics, and being Drunk in Public.
On 10/16/14, Deputy Saunders initiated a traffic stop in the area of Jefferson Davis Highway. Darrius Goodhope, 22 of Fredericksburg was released on a summons for Possession of Marijuana.

On 10/16/14, Deputy Plunkett released Alessandro Arguetta, 19 of Spotsylvania on a summons for Possession of Marijuana.

On 10/13/14, Sgt. Assur arrested and released on a summons, Ricky Williams, 19 of Stafford for Underage Possession of Alcohol, Possession of Marijuana, and Obstruction of Justice. Christopher Williams, 19 of Stafford was also arrested and released on a summons for Obstruction of Justice and Dangling Object from Mirror. Hannah Lack, 18 of Spotsylvania was also arrested and released on a summons for Possession of Marijuana. All subjects were detained and later released after Sgt. Assur conducted a traffic stop on their vehicle in the area of Leavells Road and Harrison Road.

On 10/13/14, Deputy Baugh arrested Stephanie Hill, 24 for Possession of Marijuana. She is a resident of the City of Fredericksburg and was stopped for defective equipment.

Arrests
On 10/19/14, Deputy Jones arrested Matthew Smith, of Orange and Brandon Blankenship, 30 of Stafford for Public Intoxication at Hard Times Cafe.
On 10/18/14, Sergeant Assur arrested Greg Colvin, 35 of Stafford for Spotlighting Deer, Possession of Marijuana, and Improper Stopping in the Highway. Also arrested for Spotlighting Deer was Raymond Hillard, 44 of Spotsylvania, Gregory Schell, 32 of Spotsylvania, and Daniel Hillard, 26 of Spotsylvania. The arrest stemmed from a traffic stop initiated by Sgt. Assur on Stubbs Bridge Rd.
On 10/18/14, Sergeant Assur released Wayne Lawrence, Jr., 33 of Spotsylvania on a summons for Driving Revoked, Fictitious Registration, and Possession of a Fictitious Inspection Sticker resulting from a traffic stop at Brock Rd. and Orange Plank Rd.

On 10/18/14, Deputy Moore arrested Marta Celeste Bledsoe, 22 of Spotsylvania in the 6000 Block of Plantation Forest Drive for being Drunk in Public.

On 10/17/14, Deputy Harding responded to an auto accident on Glebe Run Rd, where a pedestrian was struck. Samantha Innes, 22 of Spotsylvania was arrested for felony Hit and Run.

On 10/16/14, Deputy Kreiter attempted a traffic stop on Nathaniel Yount, 35 of Locust Grove for speeding in the school zone at Battlefield Middle and Elementary School. The subject drove away, attempting to elude the Deputy. Deputy Kreiter gave chase and found the vehicle on Griffith Way, where the driver had exited the vehicle. Deputy Tudor located the subject, who was immediately taken into custody, without incident. Yount was charged with Eluding, Reckless Driving, Obstruction of Justice, and Driving Suspended.

On 10/13/14, Sgt. Assur arrested James Dolan, 20 of Locust Grove for Obstruction of justice and Curse and Abuse.

On 10/13/14, Deputy Collins arrested Angela Eastland, 39 for Drunk in Public. Subject was arrested in the 6200 block of Pella Ln.

LARCENY:
James Monroe High School, 2300 Washington Ave, 10/21 11:15 a.m. A student reported that an
unknown person stole her cell phone. The investigation is ongoing.

unknown person stole a quantity of cash from her lunch box. The investigation is ongoing.
1400 block Caroline St, 10/17 – 10/21 6:00 p.m. A resident reported that an unknown person
stole her purse and other personal items from her room. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
1200 block Prince Edward St, 10/20 - 10/21 9:20 p.m. A resident reported that his bicycle was
stolen from his porch by a male of unknown race, approximately 18-25 years old, and wearing
all dark clothing with either a beanie hat or a hoodie on over his head. The investigation is
ongoing.
VANDALISM:
Law Offices, 1301 Princess Anne St, 10/20 – 10/21 8:45 a.m. An employee reported that an
unknown person broke the front glass window on the building. No suspects or witnesses at this
time.
100 block Wellington Lakes Dr, 10/20 – 10/21 2:00 p.m. A resident reported that an unknown
person slashed two tires on her vehicle. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
ARRESTS:
Arron Thompson, 22, of no fixed address was arrested for attempted prostitution and possession
of drug paraphernalia.
Sharon Shingles, 55, of Spotsylvania was arrested for shoplifting from Walmart and released on
a summons.
Patricia Ogle, 36, of Fredericksburg was arrested for felony hit and run.

**UPDATES**

Aggravated Malicious Wounding *ARREST – On October 14th, detectives located and arrested the juvenile suspect involved in the stabbing which was reported to have occurred in the 7600 block of Sudley Rd in Manassas on October 10th. The suspect was located leaving a residence in the Coverstone Dr area of Manassas and was arrested without further incident. This suspect was determined to be the assailant who reportedly stabbed the victim during the incident.

Charged with aggravated malicious wounding, assault & battery and gang participation

Aggravated Malicious Wounding [Previously Released] – On October 10th at 5:55PM, officers responded to the 7600 block of Sudley Rd in Manassas (20109) to investigate a fight in progress. Officers arrived and located the victim, a 22 year old man of Manassas, suffering from a stab wound to the upper body. The investigation revealed that the victim was involved in a fight with two known acquaintances. The fight escalated when one of the suspects pulled out a knife and stabbed the victim. Detectives identified one of the suspects as a 15 year old juvenile male. Following the investigation charges were obtained. Attempts to locate the suspect have been unsuccessful.


Aggravated Malicious Wounding – On October 15th at 2:11AM, officers responded to Sentara Northern Virginia Medical Center to investigate a stabbing. The victim, a 32 year old man of Woodbridge, was admitted into the hospital suffering from stab wounds to his abdomen and back. Detectives were eventually able to determine that the incident occurred in the area of Sherwood Pl and Pheasant Ln in Dumfries (22026). The investigation revealed that the victim was in the above area with other individuals. During the encounter, a verbal altercation ensued between the victim and an unknown man. The altercation escalated and the victim was stabbed multiple times by the suspect. Following the incident, the victim was driven to the hospital by a known acquaintance. The injuries sustained are non-life threatening.

Black male, between 5'6"-5'8", 165lbs with a medium build and short black hair

Residential Burglary – On October 20th at 2:00PM, officers responded to a residence located in the 14700 block of Arkansas St in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate a burglary. The homeowner reported to police that the burglary occurred between 8:30AM and 2:00PM. The investigation revealed that entry was made into the home through the front door which was forced open. No property was reported missing.

Attempted Malicious Wounding – On October 18th at 11:38AM, officers responded to a residence located in the 12700 block of Quarterhorse Ln in Woodbridge (22192) to investigate an attempted assault. The victim, a 17 year old female juvenile of Woodbridge, reported to police that she and the accused, a known acquaintance, were involved in a verbal altercation which escalated. During the encounter, the accused retrieved a kitchen knife and began swinging it towards the victim. No contact was made and no injuries were reported. The two parties eventually separated and the victim contacted police. The accused left prior to police arriving at the home. Following the investigation, officers obtained a warrant against the accused in connection to the incident. The accused turned himself into police the next day.

Assault & Battery on a Law Enforcement Officer [LEO] – On October 18th at 9:00PM, officers responded to Potomac Mills Mall located at 2700 Potomac Mills Cir (22192) to investigate an assault. Officers located the suspect and identified him as the accused. As officers were speaking to the accused about the incident, it was determined he was intoxicated. The accused was subsequently arrested. While in custody, the accused turned towards one of the officers and spat towards him. Following the investigation, the accused was arrested.

Charles County Sheriff's Office Incident Reports

BURGLARY: On Oct. 15 at about 6:15 p.m., an unknown suspect gained entry into a garage in the 3800 block of Pine Cone Circle in Waldorf. The homeowner saw the suspect who fled after being observed. The suspect was described as a black male, possibly in his teens, wearing a black jacket, blue jeans and black Jordan tennis shoes. His hair was long and in a pony tail. Nothing was stolen. Officer G. Cook is investigating.
SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY REPORTED: On Oct. 15, at 3:40 p.m., officers responded to a call for suspicious activity in the 1700 block of Brightwell Court. Two girls, ages 14 and 8, were walking toward their house on Bannister Circle in the area of Brightwell Court when a man driving a four-door passenger car pulled up beside them, pointed to the passenger seat and asked if they wanted to get in the car. The girls said no and the man drove away. The girls described the man as a black male, possibly in his 30's, with a shaved head, facial hair, and wearing a blue jacket with a black tie and a white shirt. There were no other incidents reported. Anyone who has information is asked to call the CCSO at (301) 932-2222. Officer G. Cook is investigating.

FIRST-DEGREE ASSAULT: On Oct. 14 at 7:25 p.m., officers responded to the area of Smallwood Village Center for the report of a shooting. When officers arrived, they located a 21-year-old male who had a gunshot wound to his ankle. The victim was transported to a hospital where he was treated for a minor injury. The victim would not provide further information but witnesses said a silver or dark-colored vehicle may have been involved. Det. J. Elliott is investigating.

Fredericksburg Police Department Incident Reports

TUESDAY, OCTOBER 21, 2014
ARMED ROBBERY:
Sunoco, 2307 Jefferson Davis Hwy, 10/20 10:35 p.m. The owner reported that two male
subjects entered the store with their faces covered and one of the men immediately displayed a
handgun. The second male walked behind the cashier counter and demanded money from the
register. When the owner complied and opened the register, the suspect removed the entire
drawer with its contents. Both suspects then left the scene on foot. A police K-9 responded to
the scene and followed a track to the area of Townsend Square Apartments, where the cash
drawer was found on the ground with most of the money missing. The K-9 continued tracking
into the apartment complex but the suspects were not located.
Suspect 1: black male 20-25 years old, 5'9" and 250 pounds (approximate), armed with a
handgun, wearing dark jeans and a black hoodie
Suspect 2: black male 18-20 years old, 5'6" and 150 pounds (approximate), wearing blue jeans
and a black hoodie
The investigation is ongoing. Anyone with information about this case should contact Detective

AGGRAVATED ASSAULT:
200 block Gunnery Rd, 10/19 7:30 p.m. A 26-year-old homeless woman reported that she was
assaulted by a male subject at a camp site located in the woods off Gunnery Road. During the
assault, the offender held a large knife to her neck, causing a laceration. The victim came to
police headquarters to report the assault and was transported by ambulance to Mary Washington
Hospital for treatment of her injuries. Officers responded to the camp but were unable to locate
the offender described by the victim. A suspect has been identified and the investigation is
ongoing.
COUNTERFEITING:
Exxon, 3201 Plank Rd, 10/20 4:15 p.m. An employee reported that a male subject attempted to
pass a counterfeit $100 bill while making a purchase. The suspect left the store when the cashier
refused to accept the fake money. The suspect was described as a black male wearing a black
and gray jacket, white shirt, dark gray pants, and black dress shoes. He was driving a white
Dodge Caravan. The investigation is ongoing.
LARCENY:
800 block Caroline St, 10/16 4:30 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. A Spotsylvania resident reported that an
unknown person stole several personal documents from her vehicle. No suspects or witnesses at
this time.
ARRESTS:
Ryan Keller, 26, of King George was arrested for shoplifting from Home Depot.
Nadine Sumption, 59, of no fixed address was arrested for public intoxication.
Dean Miller, 42, of no fixed address was arrested for public intoxication.
Jesse Perez-Lopez, 20, of Spotsylvania was arrested for possession of marijuana and released on

Fredericksburg Police Department Incident Reports

MONDAY, OCTOBER 20, 2014
PEEPING TOM:
1100 block Caroline St, 10/12 11:00 p.m. and 10/17 8:30 p.m. A resident reported that on two
occasions she saw a man looking into the windows of her female neighbors after dark. The
witness was able to identify the man as someone who lived in the neighborhood. Dan Decker,
51, of Fredericksburg was arrested and charged with being a peeping tom and he was released on
his own recognizance.
BURGLARY:
300 block Greystone Ct, 10/17 6:30 p.m. – 9:45 p.m. A resident reported that an unknown
person entered his apartment through an unlocked door and stole various items of value from
him and his roommates. The investigation is ongoing.
LARCENY:
Fredericksburg United Methodist Church, 308 Hanover St, 10/16 – 10/17 9:00 a.m. A trustee
reported that an unknown person stole the license plates from a church-owned van. No suspects
or witnesses at this time.
Walmart, 1800 Carl D Silver Pkwy, 10/14 11:20 p.m. A patron reported that an unknown person
stole her cell phone from her purse. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
1600 block Raines Dr, 10/18 8:00 a.m. Several residents on Raines Drive reported that an
unknown person entered their vehicles and some reported that items of value were stolen from
them. A total of six vehicles were victimized in a similar fashion. The investigation is ongoing.
Clear Bubble, 1287 Jefferson Davis Hwy, 10/18 5:15 p.m. A patron reported that an unknown
person stole her purse from a table inside the laundromat. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
VANDALISM:
500 block Greystone Ct, 10/16 – 10/17 12:25 p.m. A resident reported that an unknown person
broke the window screen to her bedroom window. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
Fairgrounds, 2400 Airport Ave, 10/19 12:30 p.m. – 2:15 p.m. A patron reported that an
unknown person shattered the rear window of her vehicle. No suspects or witnesses at this time.200 block Maple Ct, 10/19 9:00 a.m. A resident reported that an unknown person scratched and
damaged both of his vehicles in the parking lot. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
600 block Denton Cir, 10/18 – 10/19 2:00 p.m. A resident reported that an unknown person
flattened a tire on his vehicle and damaged the valve stem. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
DUI ARRESTS:
Patricia Feury, 59, of Spotsylvania was arrested for DUI in the 1800 block of William Street.
James Elmore, 21, of Spotsylvania was arrested for DUI in the 1200 block of Charles Street.
Michael Morales Ledoux, 23, of Spotsylvania was arrested for DUI in the 1100 block of Carl D
Silver Parkway.
ARRESTS:
Frederick McCray, 72, of Stafford was arrested for public intoxication.
Jeffrey Perry, 25, of Spotsylvania was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia and on a
warrant from Spotsylvania charging him with grand larceny.
Chifauwn Jones, 23, of Spotsylvania was arrested for possession of marijuana and released on a
summons.
Ryan Huber, 27, of Stafford was arrested for possession of marijuana and released on a
summons.
Michelle Naquin, 43, of Fredericksburg was arrested for domestic assault and battery.
Darius Peyton, 21, of Montross was arrested on warrants from Stafford charging him with
larceny and obtaining money by false pretenses.
Kimberly Branett-Wilbert, 42, of Fredericksburg was arrested on warrants from Stafford
charging her with multiple counts of fraud and obtaining money by false pretenses.
David Ruffner, 39, of no fixed address was arrested for possession of alcohol by an interdicted
person and on a warrant from Spotsylvania charging him with failure to appear in court.
Eusevio Flores, 51, of no fixed address was arrested for possession of alcohol on the riverbank.
Steven Hilleary, 34, of no fixed address was arrested for public intoxication.
Shawn Parker, 24, of Fredericksburg was arrested on warrants from Spotsylvania charging him

Prince William County Police Department Incident Report

Murder Investigation – On October 19th at 6:25AM, officers responded to the 12700 block of Lednock Way in Bristow (20136) to investigate a shooting. The investigation revealed that the victim and the suspect were involved in a verbal altercation which escalated. During the encounter the suspect shot the victim before fleeing the area in a vehicle. The victim was transported to an area hospital where she died as a result of her injuries. Through the investigation, detectives from the Homicide Unit were able to determine that the involved parties knew one another and that the incident was domestic related. Detectives quickly identified the suspect as Edward Hale and subsequently obtained a warrant for his arrest. The suspect is no longer believed to be in the area. The investigation continues. This is Prince William County's 4th murder of 2014.

Armed Robbery – On October 19th at 8:45PM, officers responded to the 10200 block of Farragut Ct in Manassas (20109) to investigate a robbery. The victim, a 25 year old man of Manassas, reported to police that he was walking in the above area when he was approached from behind by an unknown man. The man pulled out a handgun and struck the victim in the head before taking the victim's wallet and fleeing on foot. Minor injuries were reported. While officers were on scene investigating this incident, a second victim, identified as a 29 year old woman of Manassas, approached officers and reported being robbed by a similar suspect. The suspect initially ran past the victim but stopped and ran back towards her. The suspect got close enough to the victim to grab her purse which led to a struggle. At that point, the man pulled out a handgun and the victim let go of her purse. The suspect fled on foot. No injuries were reported in that incident. A police K-9 was used to search for the suspect.

Black male, between 20 & 30 years of age, 5'11", 170lbs with a thin build, dark complexion and brown eyes

Attempted Malicious Wounding – On October 18th at 5:32PM, officers responded to investigate a reckless driver complaint which was reported to have occurred in the area of Dale Blvd and the I-95 overpass in Woodbridge (22191). The caller reported to police that he was driving in the above area when he encountered another vehicle. The driver of that vehicle reportedly ran multiple red lights while traveling on Dale Blvd. At one point the other driver aggressively veered into the caller's lane causing him to leave the roadway and strike a median. No injuries were reported and only minor damage was noted to the caller's vehicle. The caller was able to provide police with the vehicle's license plate which identified the owner. Officers were able to further identify the driver as the accused and subsequently obtain warrants for his arrest.

Wanted for attempted malicious wounding and driving on a suspended license

Reckless Handling of a Firearm – On October 19th at 10:53PM, officers responded to a residence located in the 8900 block of Kingbird Ct in Gainesville (20155) to investigate a destruction of property call. The homeowner reported to police that he returned home to find damage caused by a bullet that struck the residence. The damage is believed to have occurred sometime between 5:00PM and 10:00PM. The bullet entered the home through rear window and was located on the floor by the homeowner. No one was home at the time of the incident and no other damage was reported.


Indecent Exposure – On October 17th at 10:16AM, police responded to the 4500 block of Knoll Dr in Woodbridge (22193) to investigate an indecent exposure incident which was reported to have occurred on October 16th at 4:00PM. The investigation revealed that four children, between 6 and 10 years of age, were walking home in the above area when they were approached by an unknown man. During the encounter the man lowered his pants and exposed himself to the children prior to departing from the area on foot. No injuries were reported. A man similar in description to this incident was also reportedly seen jogging in the same area last week. No exposure or contact was reported in that incident. The investigation continues.

White male, between 30 & 40 years of age, 5'11", 200lbs with a heavy build, light complexion, receding brown hair and a beard

Residential Burglary – On October 19th at 12:16AM, officers responded to a residence located in the 12000 block of Greatbridge Rd in Woodbridge (22192) to investigate a burglary a progress. The homeowner reported to police that she was asleep inside her residence when she woke to the sound of her doorbell. The homeowner then heard a noise coming from the basement area. Upon checking the home, the basement door was found damaged. Officers checked the home and did not locate a suspect(s). The door appeared to have been forced open. No property was reported missing and no suspect was seen.

Residential Burglary – On October 18th at 8:01AM, officers responded to a residence located in the 9000 block of Burwell Rd in Nokesville (20181) to investigate a burglary. The homeowner reported to police that the burglary occurred between 6:00PM on October 17th and 8:00AM on October 18th. The investigation revealed that entry was made into an office area on the property through an unlocked door. There were no signs of forced entry. An undisclosed amount of money was reported missing.

Attempted Residential Burglary – On October 19th at 6:08PM, officers responded to a residence located in the 9700 block of Faber Ln in Bristow (20136) to investigate an attempted burglary. The homeowner reported to police that between 2:50AM and 3:30AM, entry was attempted into the home through the front door which was found damaged. No entry was made into the residence and no property was reported missing.

Malicious Wounding | Assault & Battery – On October 15th at 2:02PM, officers responded to the 7-11 located at 7420 Old Centreville Rd in Manassas (20111) to investigate a fight. The victims, a 23 year old man and a 42 year old man – both of Manassas, reported to police that they were involved in a verbal altercation with another customer inside the store. The altercation continued outside and escalated physically. During the encounter, the other customer, later identified as the accused, struck the younger victim in the face before retrieving a crowbar from his vehicle. The accused then used the crowbar to strike the older victim in the head. The accused left the area prior to police arriving at the business. Minor injuries were reported. The victims were able to provide police with the suspect vehicle's license plate which identified the suspect. The accused was later arrested on October 16th.

Malicious Wounding – On October 12th at 2:50PM, officers responded to a residence located in the 10900 block of Tower Pl in Manassas (20109) to investigate a domestic assault. The victim, a 37 year old man of Manassas, reported to police that he and the accused, a known acquaintance, were involved in a verbal altercation which escalated. During the encounter, the accused stuck the victim with a lamp before exiting the residence and getting into a shared vehicle. The victim approached the accused, at which point, she accelerated forward and struck the victim, knocking him onto the hood of the vehicle. The accused fled the area prior to police arriving at the home. The victim was transported to an area hospital with non-life threatening injuries. Following the investigation, officers obtained warrants for the accused who was located and arrested without further incident.

Shooting into an Occupied Vehicle*ARREST – On October 14th, deputies from the Stafford County Sheriff's Office, with the assistance of, members of the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force located and arrested the wanted suspect involved in the shooting incident which occurred in the area of Georgetown Rd and Wren Ct in Woodbridge on October 4th. The accused was located in a relative's house in Stafford County where he was arrested without incident.

Shooting into an Occupied Vehicle [Previously Released] – On October 4th at 4:39PM, officers responded to investigate a shooting call which was reported to have occurred in the area of Georgetown Rd and Wren Ct in Woodbridge (22191) on October 3rd around 11:00AM. The victim, a 22 year old woman of Stafford, reported to police that she was sitting in her vehicle in the above area when she encountered the accused, a known acquaintance. During the encounter, the accused brandished and pointed a handgun towards the victim. The accused then reportedly shot multiple rounds at the vehicle before fleeing the area. The victim's vehicle was struck; however, no injuries were reported. Following the investigation, detectives obtained a warrant against the accused. Attempts to locate the accused have been unsuccessful.



**INCIDENTS**

Rape | Abduction with Intent to Defile – On October 14th at 5:54PM, officers responded to investigate a rape which was reported to have occurred in the area of Powell's Creek Blvd and Patrick Henry Dr in Woodbridge (22191) on October 11th around 11:30PM. The victim, a 17 year old female juvenile of Dumfries, reported to police that she was walking home in the above area when she was approached by an unknown man. During the encounter, the man forced the victim into a nearby wooded area where he raped her. The victim reported the incident to a friend on October 14th. The friend took the victim to an area hospital for treatment where police were contacted. The investigation continues.

Male, possibly black or Hispanic, approximately 30 years of age, 6'0", 200lbs with a medium build, medium complexion and short medium dark hair

**INCIDENTS**

Crash – Fatality – On October 14th at 9:54PM, investigators from the Crash Investigation Unit responded to the area of Lee Hwy near the I-66 overpass in Gainesville (20155) to investigate a vehicle crash. The investigation revealed that the driver of a 2011 GMC Denali was making a right turn onto Lee Hwy from Linton Hall Rd when the vehicle struck the driver of a 1992 Honda Accord who was making a left onto Lee Hwy. Following that collision, the driver of the Denali continued northbound on Lee Hwy at a high rate of speed and eventually lost control. At one point, the vehicle became airborne and struck a concrete pillar to the I-66 overpass. The driver was transported to an area hospital where he died as a result of his injuries. The other vehicle did remain at the scene, no injuries were reported. Speed and alcohol appear to be factors in this crash. The investigation continues.

The driver of the 2011 GMC Denali has been identified as Grant Austin CHRISTENSEN, 39, of Gainesville

The driver of the 1992 Honda Accord was identified as a 55 year old man of Maryland

Malicious Wounding | Attempted Armed Robbery – On October 14th at 10:19PM, officers responded to the 1300 block of Bayside Ave in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate a robbery. The victims, a 39 year old man and a 48 year old man – both of Woodbridge, reported to police that they were walking in the area above when they encountered a group of unknown men. During the encounter, one of the men pulled out a handgun and demanded money. The armed suspect then struck one of the victims in the face with the gun. Following the assault, the group dispersed on foot. Minor injuries were reported and no money was taken. A police K-9 was used to search for the suspects. The victims were only able to describe the men as black males, between 15 & 20 years of age wearing all dark colored clothing.

Residential Burglary – On October 14th at 10:48PM, officers responded to an apartment located in the 9900 block of Gardenia Ln in Manassas (20110) to investigate a burglary. The resident of the apartment reported to police that the burglary occurred between 4:30PM and 8:00PM. The investigation revealed that there were no signs of forced entry into the residence. Entry is believed to have been made through an open window. The window's outer screen was damaged. A safe containing money and a ring, total value around $8,000, was reported missing.


**ARRESTS**

Armed Robbery | Assault by Mob – On October 6th at 3:23PM, officers responded to investigate an assault which was reported to have occurred in the 11800 Medway Church Lp in Manassas (20109). The victim, an 18 year old man of Manassas, reported to police that he had made arrangements to meet up with a female acquaintance in the area above. During the encounter, a group of unknown men approached and assaulted the victim using blunt objects. The men took the victim's cell phone and money before fleeing the area. The victim went to an area hospital for treatment where police were contacted. Detectives from the Robbery Unit were able to identify four of the suspects involved in the incident. Two of the four suspects were arrested between October 8th and October 9th. The remaining two suspects are currently being sought on active warrants.

Felony Child Abuse – On August 25th, detectives from the Physical Abuse Unit began an investigation into an assault which was reported to have occurred at a residence located in the 1300 block of Bayside Ave in Woodbridge (22191). The investigation revealed that the victim, a 3 month old female infant, was admitted into an area hospital with significant facial bruising and swelling. Due to the nature of the injuries, hospital staff promptly notified police. Through the investigation, detectives were able to determine that the injuries were consistent with a smothering injury. At the time of the incident, the child's parents, identified as the accused individuals below, were the only ones present and responsible for the care of the infant. Following the investigation, both parties were arrested on October 14th. The child is currently in the care with other family members.

INDECENT EXPOSURE:
800 block Caroline St, 10/14 1:30 p.m. Two females reported that a male subject pulled his
pants down and exposed his buttocks to them at the corner of Caroline and William Streets. The
suspect was described as a white male in his 40s wearing black jeans, a maroon T-shirt, and a
black hat. Officers searched the area but were unable to locate the suspect. The investigation is
ongoing.
LARCENY:
Medical Imaging, 1201 Sam Perry Blvd, 10/14 3:45 p.m. A Spotsylvania resident reported that
an unknown person stole the front license plate from her vehicle. No suspects or witnesses at
this time.
ARRESTS:
Gene Williams, 18, of no fixed address was arrested for two counts of shoplifting from Walmart.
Robert Perry, 31, of Fredericksburg was arrested for obtaining goods by false pretenses and on a
warrant from Spotsylvania charging him with larceny of a credit card.
Tamica Autry, 32, of Spotsylvania was arrested on a warrant from Culpeper charging her with
failure to appear in court.

Charles County Sheriff's Office Incident Reports

DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY: On Oct. 13 between 8 a.m. - 8:30 p.m., unknown suspect(s) kicked in the front door of a house on Jameson Court in Indian Head. Entry was not gained and nothing was reported stolen. Cpl R. Cadrette is investigating.

COMMERCIAL BURGLARY: Between Oct. 10 – Oct. 13, unknown suspect(s) broke into a construction lot in the 6000 block of Rose Hill Road in La Plata and stole tools and equipment. PFC J. Campbell is investigating.

BURGLARY: On Oct. 11 between 8:30 a.m. – 6:30 p.m., unknown suspect(s) gained entry inside a house in the 4100 block of Lancaster Circle in Waldorf. The homeowner arrived home and found the front door damaged and called police. Officers and a police K9 searched the house but no one was inside. The victim reported several pairs of shoes were stolen.PFC K. Newman is investigating.
OFFICER RECOVERS STOLEN MOTORCYCLE: On Oct. 12 at 12:02 a.m., Officer J. Hatfield was in the area of Crain Highway and Leonardtown Road in Waldorf when she observed the operator of a Suzuki motorcycle commit a traffic violation. As Officer Hatfield turned to initiate a traffic stop, the driver cut across the parking lot of a shopping center, hit a curb and fell to the ground. A computer check revealed the motorcycle had been reported stolen in Washington, D.C. The operator, 32, of Accokeek was transported to a hospital for treatment of minor injuries he sustained in the crash. Charges are pending.
STRONG-ARMED ROBBERY: On Oct. 11 at 11:30 p.m., officers responded to the 4500 block of Indian Head Highway in Indian Head for the report of a robbery. Investigation showed the victim had just purchased a soda and other items at a store and as he left, he was approached by a lone male who grabbed the items and fled. The victim went back inside the store and purchased the same items. As he walked through the parking lot of a nearby business, several males, including the same one who robbed him moments before, approached and knocked him to the ground. They stole his cell phone and the items he had just purchased. The suspects fled and the victim went back to the business and called police. He was subsequently transported to a hospital where he was treated for injuries he received during the assault. PFC F. Davis, Jr. is investigating.
MAN CHARGED WITH POSSESSION WITH INTENT TO DISTRIBUTE DRUGS: On Oct. 10 at about 8 a.m., Lt. B. Caywood and Sgt. H. Smith were monitoring the Smallwood Park and Ride in Waldorf when they observed apparent drug transactions taking place. Officers closed in and after further investigation found Christopher Lamar Wells, 22, of Indian Head in possession of marijuana in quantities intended to sell. Wells was arrested and charged with possession with intent to distribute drugs.
LOJACK HIT LEADS OFFICERS TO THREE STOLEN MOTORCYCLES. On Oct. 10 at 12:13 a.m., PFC C. Shaw was in the area of Crain Highway and Mckendree Road in Brandywine when he received a LoJack signal that a possible stolen motorcycle was nearby. PFC Shaw and other patrol officers investigated further and narrowed the signal to a gas station in the 16000 block of McKendree Road in Prince George's County. PFC Shaw and members of the Prince George's County police department and the Maryland State Police responded and found three stolen motorcycles on a trailer attached to an SUV. All three motorcycles had been stolen. The driver of the SUV and a passenger were arrested and charged in Prince George's County.

Prince William County Police Department Incident Report

Incidents and arrests released on: Tuesday, October 14, 2014


**INCIDENTS**

Aggravated Malicious Wounding – On October 10th at 5:55PM, officers responded to the 7600 block of Sudley Rd in Manassas (20109) to investigate a fight in progress. Officers arrived and located the victim, a 22 year old man of Manassas, suffering from a stab wound to the upper body. The investigation revealed that the victim was involved in a fight with two known acquaintances. The fight escalated when one of the suspects pulled out a knife and stabbed the victim. Detectives identified one of the suspects as a 15 year old juvenile male. Following the investigation charges were obtained. Attempts to locate the suspect have been unsuccessful.

Armed Robbery – On October 12th at 9:09PM, officers responded to the area of Mapledale Dr and Shoppers Sq in Manassas (20109) to investigate a robbery. The victim, a 22 year old man of Manassas, reported to police that he was walking in the area above when a vehicle pulled up and block his path. At that point, two unknown men exited the vehicle. One of the men was armed with handgun and demanded the victim's property. The men took the victim's wallet containing money, a set of keys and a cell phone before getting back into the vehicle and fleeing the area. No injuries were reported.

Armed Robbery – On October 10th at 7:05PM, officers responded to the 8200 block of Shoppers Sq in Manassas (20111) to investigate a robbery. The victim, a 27 year old man of Manassas, reported to police that he was walking in the above area when he was approached and grabbed from behind by two unknown men. During the encounter, the victim was knocked to the ground. Once on the ground, one of the men displayed a handgun while the other went through the victim's pockets. The men took a wallet and money before fleeing on foot. No injuries were reported. A police K-9 was used to search for the suspects.

Armed Robbery – On October 10th at 4:49PM, officers responded to the Hampton Inn located at 7295 Williamson Blvd in Manassas (20109) to investigate a robbery. The victim, a 21 year old woman of Modesto CA, reported to police that she was inside her room when someone knocked on her door. When the victim answered, an unknown man entered the room, displayed a handgun and demanded money. The man took an undisclosed amount of U.S. Currency and fled the hotel on foot. No injuries were reported.

Residential Burglary – On October 11th at 10:21AM, officers responded to a residence located in the 13100 block of Quate Ln in Woodbridge (22192) to investigate a burglary. The homeowner reported to police that the burglary occurred between 7:00AM on October 8th and 7:00PM on October 9th. The investigation revealed that entry was made into an attached garage through an open door. Two bicycles, total value around $300, were reported missing.

Burglary to a Church – On October 11th at 8:51AM, officers responded to the Sacred Heart Church located at 12975 Purcell Rd in Manassas (20112) to investigate a burglary. Church staff reported to police that the burglary occurred between 10:00PM on October 10th and 8:00AM on October 11th. The investigation revealed that entry was made into the church through a rear window which was pried open. An iPod, valued around $100, was reported missing.

Attempted Residential Burglary – On October 9th at 9:45AM, officers responded to a residence located in the 7400 block of Rokeby Dr in Manassas (20109) to investigate an attempted burglary. The homeowner reported to police that sometime between 7:00PM on October 7th and 7:30AM on October 8th, entry was attempted into the residence through the front door which was found damaged.

**ARRESTS**

Child Pornography Investigation – On August 8th, detectives from the Special Victims Unit and members of the Internet Crimes against Children Task Force began an investigation into child pornography after a tip was received through the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. The tip provided detectives with information about nude and sexual images of underage boys being uploaded to a specific account via the social media site called "Tumblr". The investigation into the owner of that account led investigators to a residence located at 13580 Dodsworth Dr in Bristow (20136). Detectives subsequently obtained and executed a search warrant at the home. As a result of the search, multiple electronic and storage devices which contained illicit images were located and seized. The identity of the victims in the images is unknown; however, detectives were able to determine that the children were minors. Following the investigation, the adult residents of the home were arrested.

ASSAULT/BREAKING AND ENTERING:
200 block Kings Mill Ct, 10/12 12:05 a.m. A 22-year-old resident reported that a neighbor and
the neighbor's friend knocked on her door around midnight. When the victim answered, the
neighbor asked if he could take her dog for a walk, which she allowed. When the neighbor and
the dog were outside the apartment, the friend forced his way into the victim's apartment,
grabbed her, and fondled her. The suspect was identified and later found inside another
apartment in the complex. Tommie Ray Norris, 60, of Fredericksburg was arrested for sexual
battery and breaking and entering with the intent to commit assault. Norris was incarcerated at
the Rappahannock Regional Jail under no bond.

ASSAULT:
500 block Jefferson Davis Hwy, 10/10 6:25 p.m. A 17-year-old city resident reported that he
was walking on the canal path when three unknown males approached him from behind and
knocked him to the ground. The assailants punched the victim repeatedly before running away
down the path. The victim sustained numerous injuries including a broken jaw and cuts on his
hands and arms. The offenders were described as black males, one of whom had a stocky build
and a second had dreadlocks. The investigation is ongoing.
LARCENY:
500 block Willis St, 7/1 – 10/11 10:50 a.m. A resident reported that a handgun was stolen from
his residence. A suspect has been identified and the investigation is ongoing.
2000 block Lafayette Blvd, 10/10 6:30 p.m. A resident reported that an unknown person stole
prescription medication from her apartment. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
1000 block Hotchkiss Pl, 10/11 – 10/13 6:45 a.m. A resident reported that an unknown person
entered her unlocked vehicle and stole several items of value from inside. Six additional
residents in the neighborhood were also victimized in a similar fashion. The investigation is
ongoing.
1500 block Charles St, 10/12 – 10/13 10:50 a.m. A resident reported that an unknown person
stole the bicycle from his front porch. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
J Brian's Tap Room, 200 Hanover St, 10/10 -10/13 1:00 p.m. The owner reported that an
unknown person stole the bar sign. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
VEHICLE TAMPERING:
1000 block Julias Pl, 10/13 3:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. A resident reported that an unknown person
entered his vehicle and rummaged through the center console and glove box. No suspects or
witnesses at this time.
2500 block Manor Dr, 10/12 – 10/13 10:15 a.m. A resident reported that an unknown person
entered his vehicle and rummaged through the center console and glove box. No suspects or
witnesses at this time.
COUNTERFEITING:
Fasmart, 501 Jefferson Davis Hwy, 10/10 - 10/11 9:00 a.m. A manager reported that a short and
heavyset black male passed three $100 bills in purchasing merchandise. The investigation is
ongoing.
VANDALISM:
American Floor Service, 614 Wolfe St, 10/11 -10/13 8:15 a.m. An employee reported that an
unknown person broke his windshield. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
DUI ARRESTS:
Anthony Allen Lee, 39, of Spotsylvania was arrested for possession of cocaine, possession of
PCP, and DUID in the 2000 block of Carl D Silver Parkway. A passenger in the vehicle, Hakim
Shamar Ellis, 35, of Fredericksburg was arrested for possession of cocaine and possession of
PCP.
Noelle Upperco, 21, of Spotsylvania was arrested for DUI in the 100 block of Caroline Street.
Shawn Jones, 27, of Spotsylvania was arrested for DUI and possession of marijuana in the 2900
block of Plank Road.

Spotsylvania County Sheriff's Office Incident Reports

Arrests Made, October 6, 2014 – October 12, 2014


Theft
On 10/08/14, Deputy Durbin responded to several larcenies in the areas of Post Oak Road, Ware Road, and Lanes Corner Road. During initial investigation by Deputies, two suspects were developed. Because of the proximity of the larcenies to where the suspects lived, Deputy Durbin notified Detective Short, who had been assigned numerous other larcenies in the west end of the county with the same modus operandi. Anthony Lewis Infinger III, W/M 18 of Spotsylvania turned himself into Deputy Durbin, at which time Deputy Durbin obtained a confession for one of the larcenies he was working. Detective Short responded to speak to Infinger. He confessed to numerous other larcenies, and implicated a second suspect in several other cases. As a result of the confessions, numerous cases can be closed and additional charges are pending.

Assault
On 10/11/14, Deputy Ridings arrested Timothy Noszek, 33 of Spotsylvania for Indecent Liberties with a Child in the area of 11800 Catharpin Road.

On 10/10/14, Deputy Fuller arrested Mary Mayo, 50 of Spotsylvania for Assault at Gordon Road and Green Arbor Drive.

On 10/06/14, Deputy Smeal arrested Mark Poteet, 52 of Spotsylvania for Violation of a Protective Order on Wedgemere Ct.

DUI
On 10/12/14, Deputy Hahn arrested Kaitlin Smith, 26 of Spotsylvania for DUI. Kaitlin wrecked her vehicle on Benchmark Road.

On 10/12/14, Deputy Hansinger arrested Carl Antolick, 39 for Felony DUI, Reckless Driving, Resisting Arrest, Disorderly Conduct, Felony Driving Revoked, Felony Hit and Run, Obstruction of Justice and Eluding Police. He was also served on an outstanding warrant from Prince William County for Failure to Pay Child Support. Deputy Hansinger conducted a traffic stop on Carl in the parking lot of Loriella Park after hours.

Narcotics
On 10/12/14, Deputy Baugh arrested Stephanie Hill, 24 for Possession of Marijuana. Hill is a resident of the City of Fredericksburg and was stopped for defective equipment.

Arrests
On 10/12/14, Deputy Collins arrested Angela Eastland, 39 for Drunk in Public. Easton was arrested in the 6200 block of Pella Ln.
On 10/12/14, Deputy Hahn arrested Robert Washington, 50 for Drunk in Public. He was arrested outside of Acree Avenue pursuant to a loud noise call.

**INCIDENTS**

Malicious Wounding | Reckless Handling of a Firearm – On October 11th at 1:22AM, officers responded to Hard Times located at 14389 Potomac Mills Cir in Woodbridge (22192) to investigate a fight in progress. Officers arrived and observed a large crowd in the parking lot. A witness reported to police that a gunshot was heard during the fight. Officers dispersed the group and located a shell casing in the parking lot. As officers were on scene of this incident, a victim, identified as a 26 year old man of Woodbridge, was admitted into a nearby hospital with a laceration to his leg. The victim reported that he was attempting to break up the fight at the Hard Times when he felt someone strike him. The victim sustained a non-life threatening injury and was treated. No suspect was seen.

Armed Robbery – On October 10th at 9:44PM, officers responded to the CVS located at 12890 Touchtone Cir in Woodbridge (22192) to investigate a robbery. Employees reported to police that an unknown man entered the business and approached the counter. Once at the counter, the man showed the employee a handgun in his waistband and demanded Oxycodone. The suspect was able to get the medications and flee the business. No injuries were reported. A police K-9 was used to search for the suspect.

Abduction | Domestic Assault & Battery – On October 11th at 2:30PM, officers responded to the 14700 block of Dodson Dr in Woodbridge (22193) to investigate a domestic assault. The victim, a 22 year old woman of Woodbridge, reported to police that she and the accused, a known acquaintance, were involved in a verbal altercation which escalated. The argument began inside the residence then proceeded outside where both parties got into a vehicle. Once inside the vehicle, the accused assaulted the victim and prevented her from leaving. The victim was eventually able to get out of the vehicle and contact police. The accused fled prior to officers arriving in the area. Minor injuries were reported. Following the investigation, warrants were obtained against the accused.

Shooting into an Occupied Vehicle – On October 4th at 4:39PM, officers responded to investigate a shooting call which was reported to have occurred in the area of Georgetown Rd and Wren Ct in Woodbridge (22191) on October 3rd around 11:00AM. The victim, a 22 year old woman of Stafford, reported to police that she was sitting in her vehicle in the above area when she encountered the accused, a known acquaintance. During the encounter, the accused brandished and pointed a handgun towards the victim. The accused then reportedly shot multiple rounds at the vehicle before fleeing the area. The victim's vehicle was struck; however, no injuries were reported. Following the investigation, detectives obtained a warrant against the accused. Attempts to locate the accused have been unsuccessful.

**ARRESTS**

Malicious Wounding | Burglary while Armed with intent to Commit a Felony – On October 12th at 10:30AM, officers responded to a residence located in the 2700 block of McGuffey's Ct in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate a burglary in progress. The homeowner reported to police that a group of armed individuals entered the residence through an unlocked door and began to assault him and another occupant of the home. Two of the suspects were reportedly armed with handguns while another had a rock in his hand which he used to strike the homeowner. During the encounter, the suspects searched the home and the residents before taking two cell phones and fleeing in two separate vehicles. Minor injuries were reported. Detectives from the Robbery Unit were able to identify two of the suspects involved in the incident. Both were arrested after a search warrant was executed at their home in Stafford County with the assistance of the Stafford County Sheriff's Office. Detectives further learned that this altercation is believed to have stemmed from a previous incident between the residents of the home and the suspects. The investigation continues into the identity and arrest of the remaining suspects.

lony Child Neglect – On October 11th at 8:38PM, an Prince William County police officer was monitoring the area of the Prince William Pkwy and Elm Farm Way in Woodbridge (22192) when a vehicle was observed which had extensive damage to its side. At one point, the officer observed the vehicle leave the travel lane and strike a construction barrel. The officer stopped the vehicle and identified the driver as the accused. The officer further noted that the vehicle's airbags had been deployed. The driver was determined to be under the influence of alcohol and was subsequently arrested. Also inside the vehicle was a 3 year old girl identified as the daughter of the accused. Rescue personnel responded to check on the welfare of the child. No injuries were reported and the child was released to a family friend. The accused was later connected to a Virginia State Police investigation into a hit & run crash which occurred on I-95. Following the investigation, the accused was arrested.

Following the investigation, detectives obtained warrants against that suspect, identified as D'Quinta Hill. Multiple attempts to locate the suspect have been unsuccessful. The investigation continues in an attempt to locate the accused and to identify the remaining suspect involved in the incident.

Armed Robbery | Residential Burglary [Previously Released] – On September 13th at 12:56AM, officers responded to a residence located in the 16900 block of Porters Inn Dr in Dumfries (22026) to investigate a robbery. The victim, a 24 year old woman of Dumfries, reported to police that two unknown men forcibly entered her home in the above area. Once inside the home, the men displayed handguns and demanded money. The men took a laptop before fleeing the residence. No injuries were reported. The men are believed to have followed the victim to her home after she had walked her dog in the neighborhood.

**INCIDENTS**

Commercial Burglary – On October 9th at 10:31PM, officers responded to Barron's Lumber located at 11801 Balls Ford Rd in Manassas (20109) to investigate an alarm activation. Officers arrived at the business and discovered a window which was broken out. A police K-9 was used to check the business. No suspect(s) was located. A cash register appeared to have bene tampered with; however, no money or property was reported missing.

Residential Burglary – On October 8th at 9:39PM, officers responded to a residence located in the 6300 block of Occoquan Forest Dr in Manassas (20112) to investigate a burglary. The homeowner reported to police that the burglary occurred between 7:30AM and 9:16PM. The investigation revealed that entry was made into the home through a rear kitchen door which was forced open. Two firearms, gun cases and ammunition, total value around $4,900, were reported missing.


**ARRESTS**

Felony Child Neglect – On October 5th at 1:00PM, officers responded to a residence located in the 10200 block of Aqua View Ct in Nokesville (20181) to investigate an unresponsive infant. Officers and rescue personnel arrived at the home and located the infant, identified as a 9 month old girl, unresponsive and not breathing. The infant was pronounced dead at the scene. The investigation revealed that the infant's parents, identified as the accused individuals below, left the child in her crib for approximately 16 hours without checking on her welfare. Detectives learned that the infant was placed in her crib around 8:30PM on October 4th and was found unresponsive around 12:30PM on October 5th. Detectives also discovered that the infant had not received routine doctor visits for the past 7 months. The parents noticed a potential breathing problem 4 weeks prior to this incident but did not receive medical care for the infant. Following the investigation, detectives arrested both parents on October 9th.

VANDALISM:
300 block Wolfe St, 10/8 9:25 p.m. A resident reported that an unknown person tried to enter her
vehicle and damaged the rubber seal on the driver's side door. No suspects or witnesses at this

Charles County Sheriff's Office Incident Reports

BURGLARY: Sometime between Oct. 7-Oct. 8, unknown suspect(s) broke into a storage container of a business in the 2800 block of Old Washington Road in Waldorf and stole 15 cases of motor oil, 9 cases of anti-freeze and one case of windshield washer fluid. PFC D. Walker is investigating.
ACCIDENTAL INJURY: On Oct. 7 at 9:16 p.m., officers responded to the 1500 block of Nicholas Road in Waldorf for the report of an accidental shooting. Investigation showed a 21-year-old male was attempting to put the safety on his 22 rifle when he accidently pulled the trigger and shot his friend – a 23-year-old male- in the right arm. The victim was transported to a hospital with injuries that do not appear to be life threatening. POI C. Gustafson is investigating.
HOME INVASION UPDATE/MAN ARRESTED AND CHARGED WITH ROBBERY:Detectives assigned to the Charles County Sheriff's Office Criminal Investigations Division have charged Iassac Lee Dance, 21, of Waldorf, in connection with a home invasion and robbery that occurred on Oct. 7 in the 10000 block of Tallahassee Place in Waldorf. At about 11:30 a.m., Dance broke into the home of an acquaintance and, while wearing a mask, confronted the victim and his friend who were inside. Dance pulled a knife and demanded the victims' property which included clothing and electronics. Dance placed all of the items in a black trash bag and fled the house. The victims chased Dance but he fled, dropping the stolen items on the sidewalk. Officers quickly located Dance at his residence. He was taken into custody and later charged with robbery, theft, and assault. Another person who was with Dance when officers located him was released after detectives determined he was not involved in the robbery. Det. C. Gregory investigated.

Prince William County Police Department Incident Report

Incidents and arrests released on: Thursday, October 9, 2014


**INCIDENTS**

Residential Burglary – On October 8th at 12:04PM, officers responded to an apartment located in the 9900 block of Gardenia Ln in Bristow (20136) to investigate a burglary. The resident of the apartment reported to police that the burglary occurred between 3:00PM on September 26th and 11:30AM on September 27th. The investigation revealed that there were no signs of forced entry into the residence. Entry is believed to have been made through an unsecured rear door. An iPod, valued around $300, was reported missing.

Destruction of Property – On October 7th at 6:08AM, officers responded to the area of Easy St and Jefferson Davis Hwy in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate a destruction of property call. The investigation revealed that sometime during the overnight hours, 9:00AM on October 6th and 6:00AM on October 7th, an unknown person(s) damaged 33 vehicles which were unoccupied and parked in the area above. The suspect(s) used rocks and possibly a BB or pellet-type gun to break window and cause other body damage to the vehicles. Video surveillance from a nearby business showed two unknown persons in the area around 1:30AM. Due to the quality of the video, no further descriptions could be determined. The damage to the vehicle is estimated to be around $10,500.

Rape | Aggravated Sexual Battery – On October 7th, detectives from the Special Victims Unit responded to investigate a sexual assault which was reported to have occurred at a residence located in the 16600 block of Hardwood Oaks Ct in Dumfries (22026). The investigation revealed that the victim, a 12 year old girl, was sexually assaulted by the accused, a known acquaintance, on more than one occasion since August of this year. A family member learned of the incidents and contacted police. Following the investigation, the accused was arrested.

Charged with 3 counts of forcible sodomy, 3 counts of aggravated sexual battery and 1 count of rape

Malicious Wounding | Attempted Malicious Wounding – On October 7th at 10:25AM, officers responded to the Chatsworth Park Apartments located in 8000 block of Juliet Ln in Manassas (20109) to investigate a possible theft from a vehicle. The caller, identified as a maintenance worker at the complex, reported to police that he witnessed the accused rummaging through an unoccupied vehicle parked in the parking lot. When confronted, the accused got out of the vehicle and began to flee on foot. The caller and two other workers followed the accused to his vehicle and attempted to stop him from leaving. During the encounter, the accused bit one of their arms before accelerating his vehicle towards another worker. The worker was able to get out of the way without being struck. A third worker attempted to use a golf cart to block the accused. The accused continued to move forward and struck the golf cart. Officers arrived and were able to detain the accused without further incident. Minor injuries were reported. After a search, the accused was found to be in the possession of a stolen cell phone. No property was reported missing from the initial vehicle which the accused accessed through an unlocked door. Following the investigation, the accused was arrested.

Malicious Wounding – On October 7th at 9:45PM, officers responded to a residence located in the 12900 block of Queen Chapel Rd in Woodbridge (22193) to investigate an assault. The victim, a 43 year old woman of Woodbridge, reported to police that she and the accused, a known acquaintance, were involved in a verbal altercation which escalated. During the encounter, the accused threw objects at the victim and, at one point, pulled out a knife. While holding the knife the accused struck the victim in the face. The victim was able to separate from the accused and contact police. The victim was transported to an area hospital for treatment. Following the investigation, the accused was arrested.

Felony Child Neglect – On October 7th at 9:05PM, officers stopped a vehicle in the area of the Prince William Pkwy near the Horner Road Commuter Lot in Woodbridge (22192). Officers initially received a complaint about a possible DUI driver in the area. The vehicle was located and stopped for a traffic violation in the area above. The driver was identified as the accused and determined to be driving under the influence. Also inside the vehicle at the time was an 18 month old girl. Following the investigation, the accused was arrested. The child was released to the custody of other family members.

Charged with felony child neglect, driving under the influence and driving on a revoked license

Assault & Battery on a Law Enforcement Officer [LEO] – On October 8th at 1:09AM, officers responded to the 12400 block Dillingham Sq in Woodbridge (22192) to investigate a disorderly. Once on scene, officers made contact with the accused and learned that she was wanted. The accused was subsequently arrested and transported to the Garfield Station for processing. Officers attempted to remove the accused from the back seat of the cruiser, at which point, she actively resisted and kicked one of the officers in the legs. The accused was eventually able to be removed and processed. No injuries were reported.

Fredericksburg Police Department Incident Reports

Incidents and arrests released on: Wednesday, October 8, 2014



**INCIDENTS**

Burglary – On October 7 at 5:13PM, officers responded to the 11300 block of Cromwell Court in Lake Ridge (22192) in reference to the burglary of a shed. The homeowner reported that between 10:00 AM on October 3 and noon on the 4th, unknown persons jumped the fence to the backyard and entered a shed. There were no signs of forced entry. Power tools valued at $225.00 were reported missing.


**ARRESTS**

Assault on a Law Enforcement Officer / Resisting Arrest – On Monday, October 6 at 10:37 PM, officers were investigating a possible domestic assault and battery that occurred at Dillingham Square in Lake Ridge (22192). During the course of that investigation, officers located James Horton III at his residence on Allspice Court, also in Lake Ridge. Mr. Horton pushed the investigating officer in the chest and then began to actively resist being handcuffed after being told he was under arrest. The officer was not injured in the course of arresting Mr. Horton.

Fredericksburg Police Department Incident Reports

WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 8, 2014
LARCENY:
200 block Lafayette Blvd, 10/6 6:25 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. A resident reported that an unknown
person damaged his bicycle and stole the handlebar grips and light while the bike was chained to
a bike rack at the train station. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
VANDALISM:
1100 block Fleetwood Ct, 10/5 3:00 p.m. A resident reported that an unknown person scratched
and damaged both his vehicles. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
ARRESTS:
Matthew Gallegos, 23, of Fredericksburg was arrested for domestic assault and battery and
abduction.
Timothy Walker, 19, of Fredericksburg was arrested on warrants from Spotsylvania charging
him with grand larceny, conspiracy to commit larceny, and entering a vehicle without
permission.

Charles County Sheriff's Office Incident Reports

HOME INVASION: On Oct. 7 at 11:43 a.m., officers responded to the 10000 block of Tallahassee Place in Waldorf for a home invasion involving two groups of young adults. When officers arrived, two suspects had already fled the house. A witness indicated one of the victims, who may have been armed with a knife, chased after the suspects. As a precaution, North Point High School was placed in a lock down status while officers and K-9 teams searched the area. Theodore G. Davis MiddleSchool and William A. Diggs Elementary School were placed on shelter-in-place status for a short time. Officers quickly learned the victims knew one of the suspects and officers were able to locate the suspect at a residence about a mile away. That subject was taken into custody along with another person who was with him. At this time, investigators say the event was not a random act and the victims were intentionally targeted. Detectives are sorting through information and are working on establishing a motive. Anyone with additional information is asked to call the Charles County Sheriff's Office (301) 932-2222.

MAN CHARGED WITH POSSESSION WITH INTENT TO DISTRIBUTE DRUGS: On Oct. 3 at 10:22 p.m., officers initiated a traffic stop near the intersection of Crain Highway and Sub Station Road after a computer check showed the tags on the car were suspended. Upon approaching the vehicle, Officer J. Pogar detected a strong odor of marijuana. After further investigation, officers found a digital scale, approximately 200 unused small plastic bags, one box of clear sandwich bags, multiple twisted bags with the corners missing, two jars containing marijuana residue, and three operating cell phones. The driver was also in possession of ninebags of marijuana. Antonio Lorenzo Belton, Jr., 25, of Fort Washington was arrested and charged with possession with intent to distribute drugs, possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia, and possession of drug production equipment.

Incidents and arrests released on: Monday, October 6, 2014


**INCIDENTS**

Malicious Wounding – On October 3rd at 5:24PM, officers responded to the 14700 block of Darbydale Ave in Woodbridge (22193) to investigate a stabbing. The investigation revealed that the victim, a 35 year old man of Woodbridge, was walking in the above area when he was approached and stabbed from behind by an unknown suspect. The victim was able to get away from the assailant before collapsing. A passerby located the victim and contacted police. The victim was transported to an area hospital with serious injuries. Initially, it was believed that the victim possibly knew the suspect but after further questioning, the victim never saw the suspect. The investigation continues.

Malicious Wounding | Attempted Armed Robbery – On October 3rd at 6:41PM, officers responded to investigate an attempted robbery which was reported to have occurred in the area of Telegraph Rd and Opitz Blvd in Woodbridge (22192). The victim, a 25 year old woman of Dumfries, reported to police that she was walking in the above area when she was approached by an unknown woman. The woman grabbed the victim's purse and attempted to remove it from around her arm. The victim held onto her purse and a struggle ensued. At one point, the suspect was knocked to the ground. Once on the ground, the suspect pulled out a box cutter and cut the victim in the leg before fleeing on foot. The victim went to an area hospital where police were contacted. Minor injuries were reported.

White female, between 30 & 50 years of age, 5'6", 150lbs with a thin build and shoulder length blonde hair

Armed Robbery – On October 5th at 3:25AM, officers responded to investigate a robbery which was reported to have occurred in the area of Benita Fitzgerald Dr and Cloverdale Rd in Woodbridge (22193). The victim, a 19 year old man of Woodbridge, reported to police that he was walking in the above area when he was approached by an unknown man. During the encounter, the man pulled out a handgun and took the victim's phone and money before fleeing on foot. No injuries were reported. A police K-9 was used to search for the suspect.
Suspect Description:
Black male, between 19 & 25 years of age, 6'2", 190lbs with a medium build, medium complexion and black hair
Last seen wearing a black hat, black hooded sweatshirt, black bandana, blue jeans and black shoes

The victim, a 24 year old man of Manassas, reported to police that he was walking in the above area when he was approached by two unknown men. During the encounter, one of the men pulled out a handgun and took the victim's cell phone and money before fleeing in a vehicle. No injuries were reported. A police K-9 was used to check the area.

Residential Burglary – On October 2nd at 8:36AM, officers responded to a residence located in the 12100 block of Nokesville Rd in Bristow (20136) to investigate a burglary. The homeowner reported to police that the burglary occurred between 8:00AM on September 11th and 8:00AM on September 25th. The investigation revealed that entry was made into a shed on the property. There were no signs of forced entry. Tools, total value around $1,300, were reported missing.

Residential Burglary – On October 1st at 11:30AM, officers responded to a residence located in the 7800 block of Rebel Walk Dr in Manassas (20109) to investigate a burglary. The homeowner reported to police that the burglary occurred between 11:06AM and 11:30AM. The investigation revealed that there were no signs of forced entry into the home. Entry is believed to have been made into the residence through a basement door. Jewelry, two TV's and three gaming consoles with games, total value around $3,800, were reported missing.


**ARRESTS**

Assault by Mob | Attempted Abduction – On October 1st at 5:00PM, officers responded to investigate an assault which was reported to have occurred at a residence located in the 13100 block of Putnam Cir in Woodbridge (22191). The victim, a 20 year old man of Manassas, reported to police that he was assaulted by three known acquaintances. During the encounter, the men reportedly duct taped the victim and threatened him. The incident is believed to have retaliation for a previous encounter involving the victim and one of the suspects. Minor injuries were reported. All three suspects were eventually located and arrested.

Assault by Mob | Armed Robbery – On September 30th at 3:56PM, officers responded to the 7300 block of Wichita Ct in Manassas (20109) to investigate an assault. The victim, a 17 year old male juvenile of Manassas, reported to police that he was assaulted and robbed by three known male acquaintances. The investigation revealed that the victim arranged to meet with one of the acquaintances to sell a pair of shoes. After the purchase, the suspects assaulted the victim and took his cell phone, a pair of headphones and money before dispersing. During the encounter, a knife was implied by one of the males. Minor injuries were reported. Following the investigation, detectives were able to identify and locate the three suspects.

Reckless Endangerment of a Child – On October 4th at 5:11PM, officers responded to the 4200 block of Cheshire Station Plz in Woodbridge (22193) after receiving a report of an unattended infant in a vehicle. A caller reported to police that they observed an infant alone in a vehicle parked in the parking lot of the Cheshire Station Plaza. Officers arrived and located the victim, identified as an 8month old girl, who was being evaluated by rescue personnel. Officers further questioned the accused, identified as the victim's mother. The investigation revealed that the victim was left unattended in the vehicle for about 40 to 45 minutes. The victim was transported to an area hospital as a precaution. Following the investigation, the accused was arrested.

Felony Child Neglect – On October 2nd at 4:08PM, officers responded to the 14300 block of Westminster Ln in Woodbridge (22193) to investigate a child neglect call. The caller reported to police that man and woman were believed to be impaired inside the Petco located in the Cheshire Station Plaza. There was also a small child in their care while inside the store. The couple left the plaza prior to police arriving in the area. The caller was able to obtain a license plate number which lead them to a residence in the above area. Once at the home, officers located the vehicle and the accused who appeared to be under the influence and in the driver's seat of the vehicle. The child, identified as a 15 month old boy, was also located and appeared unharmed. Following the investigation, the accused was arrested.

LARCENY:
900 block Caroline St, 10/4, 4:15 p.m. A Spotsylvania resident reported that an unknown person
stole her purse and hoodie from her table at Oktoberfest. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
200 block George St, 10/4 6:50 p.m. A King George resident reported that an unknown person
stole her purse from a chair at Oktoberfest. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
Clothes Mentor, 1757 Carl D Silver Pkwy, 10/5 3:35 p.m. An employee reported that a male
subject stole a Coach purse by concealing it under his clothing. A suspect has been identified
and the investigation is ongoing.
2500 block Carriage Ln, 10/4 – 10.6 6:10 a.m. A resident reported that an unknown person stole
her iPod from her vehicle. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

James Duff, 44, of Fredericksburg was arrested for DUI in the 200 block of Jefferson Davis
Highway.
Kevin DeForest, 48, of Baltimore, Maryland was arrested for DUID and possession of heroin in
the 2300 block of Plank Road.
Lisa Kennedy, 42, of Stafford was arrested for DUI and driving while revoked in the 1100 block
of Carl D Silver Parkway.
Jerry Kocher, 37, of Spotsylvania was arrested for DUI in the 2000 block of Lafayette
Boulevard.
Shanequa Hamill, 23, of Fredericksburg was arrested for DUI in the 1300 block of White Street.
Cynthia Baker, 62, of Fredericksburg was arrested for DUI in the 2900 block of the Blue and
Gray Parkway.
ARRESTS:
Ann Castles, 21, of Fredericksburg was arrested for domestic assault and battery.
Ronald H. Johnson, 54, of Fredericksburg was arrested for indecent exposure.
Brigette Ridge, 34, of Lauderhill, Florida was arrested for felony shoplifting from Kohls.
Ashley Pendleton, 29, of Fredericksburg was arrested for shoplifting, obtaining goods by false
pretenses, and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
Erik Ferguson, 25, of Stafford was arrested for shoplifting from Walmart and released on a
summons.
Joshua Jones, 28, of Essex, Maryland was arrested for public intoxication.
Kenneth Harrison, 29, of Fredericksburg was arrested for domestic assault and battery and
destruction of property.
Brian Braxton, 51, of no fixed address was arrested for public intoxication.
Lisa Dibella, 26, of Stafford was arrested on a direct indictment from Stafford charging her with
DUI.

Fredericksburg Police Department Incident Reports

FRIDAY, OCTOBER 3, 2014
ROBBERY:
2300 block Fall Hill Ave, 10/2 7:15 p.m. A 15-year-old city resident reported that he was
walking with his cell phone in his hand when a male subject approached him from behind and
grabbed the phone from him. When the victim turned around, the offender punched him in the
face then fled from the scene. The offender was described as a white male approximately 16-18
years old wearing a dark colored hoodie and jeans. The investigation is ongoing.
LARCENY:
Abby Construction, 1319 Lafayette Blvd, 9/28 – 9/29 8:00 a.m. An employee reported that an
unknown person stole a catalytic converter from one of the company-owned trucks. No suspects
or witnesses at this time.
1200 block Kenmore Ave, 9/27 – 10/2 2:50 p.m. A resident reported that an unknown person
stole the license plate from his moped. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
Relax Inn, 1904 Princess Anne St, 9/14 – 10/1 12:30 p.m. A guest reported that an unknown
person stole her laptop from her room. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
DUI ARRESTS:
Soinel Joasin, 33, of Fredericksburg was arrested for DUI in the 300 block McKinney Street.
John Rios, 21, of Spotsylvania was arrested for DUI in the 1700 block of William Street.

**INCIDENTS**

Armed Robbery – On October 2nd at 9:40PM, officers responded to the area of Olde Port Ln and Graham Park Rd in Triangle (22172) to investigate a robbery. The victim, a 22 year old man of Triangle, reported to police that he and a known acquaintance were walking in the above area when they encountered a group of unknown men. During the encounter, one of the men implied he had a weapon and took money from the victim. No weapon was actually seen. A struggle then ensued between the victim and the group. The victim was eventually able to separate and flee on foot while the suspects fled in a vehicle. Minor injuries were reported. The victim was only able to describe the assailants as black males. This incident was not random.

**ARRESTS**

Assault & Battery on a Law Enforcement Officer [LEO] – On October 2nd at 5:00PM, officers responded to the 12900 block of Occoquan Rd in Woodbridge (22192) to investigate a reported trespasser. Officers arrived in the area and located the accused who was determined to be under the influence of alcohol and was subsequently arrested. During a search, the accused became agitated and began kicking one of the arresting officers in the leg. Following a brief struggle, the accused was eventually detained. During questioning, the accused provided officers with a false identity. The accused was later identified as the below listed individual. No injuries were reported.

Armed Robbery – On October 1st at 8:49PM, officers responded to Potomac Mills Mall located at 2700 Potomac Mills Cir in Woodbridge (22192) to investigate a robbery. The victim, a 16 year old male juvenile of Silver Spring MD, reported to police that he made arrangements via Facebook to meet with an unknown man at the mall to sell a cell phone. The victim and a friend met the man inside the mall where he was in the company of another unknown man. During the encounter, the victim handed the phone to the suspect who then began to walk away. The victim attempted to retrieve his phone back, at which point, the suspect pointed to his waistband and implied he had a weapon. No weapon was actually seen. The victim followed the suspects to the parking lot where they got into a vehicle and fled the area. No injuries were reported.
Suspect Descriptions:
Black male, between 25 & 28 years of age, 5'9", 150lbs with a thin build, a light complexion, short black hair, brown eyes and an unshaven face
Last seen wearing a black long jacket, dark denim jeans and gold colored shoes

Black male, between 20 & 28 years of age, 6'0", 160lbs with a thin build, dark complexion, long black dreadlocks and brown eyes
Last seen wearing a white t-shirt and black basketball-style shorts

Armed Robbery – On October 1st at 9:15AM, officers responded to the Western Union located at 10526 Lomond Dr in Manassas (20109) to investigate a robbery. An employee reported to police that an unknown man followed him into the business shortly after opening. Once inside, the employee confronted the man and a struggle ensued. At one point, the man pulled out a handgun and struck the employee in the head with the gun. A witness observed the encounter and the suspect took a set of keys before fleeing the area on foot. No money was taken. Minor injuries were reported. A police K-9 was used to search for the suspect.
Suspect Description:
Hispanic male, unknown age with a medium complexion and thin build

Commercial Burglary – On October 1st at 8:26AM, officers responded to Holly Acres Marine Sales located at 13270 Minnieville Rd in Woodbridge (22192) to investigate a burglary. The business owner reported to police that the burglary occurred between 3:26AM and 4:01AM. The investigation revealed that entry was made into the business through a rear office window which was broken out. Several internal offices were also found to have been entered. No property was reported missing. Video surveillance was reviewed which provided officers with a limited description of the suspect. This incident is believed to be related to the commercial burglary reported below.
Suspect Description:
Male, unknown race or age, 5'10", 170lbs with a thin build
Last seen wearing a light colored hooded sweatshirt and dark colored pants

Commercial Burglary – October 1st at 7:30AM, officers responded to Jiffy Lube located at 13300 Minnieville Rd in Woodbridge (22192) to investigate a burglary. The manager of the business reported to police that the burglary occurred between 3:33AM and 4:00AM. The investigation revealed that entry was made into the business through a rear office glass door which was broken out. An internal office was also found to have been entered. A laptop, computer monitor and safe were reported missing from that office. Video surveillance was reviewed which showed a man similar to the suspect described in the commercial burglary above.

Residential Burglary – On September 30th at 11:19AM, officers responded to a residence located in the 14700 block of Anderson St in Woodbridge (22193) to investigate a burglary. The homeowner reported to police that the burglary occurred between 9:00AM on September 9th and 12:00PM on September 26th. The investigation revealed that entry was made into a shed and garage on the property. There were no signs of forced entry into either structure. Lawn and home improvement equipment, total value around $1,500, were reported missing.

Attempted Residential Burglary – On October 1st at 3:17PM, officers responded to a residence located in the 3200 block of Greco Ct in Woodbridge (22192) to investigate an attempted burglary. The homeowner reported to police that sometime between 6:00PM on September 30th and 10:00AM on October 1st, entry was attempted into the residence through the front door which was found damaged. No entry was gained into the home and no property was reported missing.

Fredericksburg Police Department Incident Reports

THURSDAY, OCTOBER 2, 2014
ASSAULT:
1400 block Jefferson Davis Hwy, 10/1 3:00 p.m. A 28-year-old Stafford resident reported that
she was stopped at the light on Jefferson Davis Highway at the Cowan Boulevard intersection
when she threw a cigarette butt from her window. The female driver in the car behind her got
out of her vehicle, picked up the cigarette butt, and pushed the extinguished butt into the victim's
cheek before dropping it into the victim's lap. The victim reported that she threw the butt back
out the window as the other female walked back to her car, and the female turned around and
once again picked up the cigarette butt and threw it into the victim's car. The victim reported
that the other driver then followed her southbound on Route 1 while videotaping her with a
phone. The offender turned right onto Harrison Road in Spotsylvania County and the victim lost
sight of her. The offender was described as a white female in her 40s, approximately 5'6" and
130 pounds, and driving a silver Toyota SUV. The victim was not injured. The investigation is
ongoing.
ATTEMPTED BREAKING AND ENTERING:
1600 block Airport Ave, 10/1 11:50 p.m. A resident reported that he was in his room and heard
a popping noise from the window. When he opened the curtain, he saw a male subject standing
at the window and the window screen pushed out of its frame. The offender then ran from the
scene. The offender was described as a black male with short hair, approximately 5'8" and with
a heavy build. He was wearing a long-sleeved black shirt or jacket. The investigation is
ongoing.
LARCENY:
Super 8 Motel, 3002 Mall Ct, 9/29 7:00 a.m. – 8:15 a.m. An employee reported that an unknown
person stole his bicycle from outside the business. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
Walmart, 1800 Carl D Silver Pkwy, 10/1 3:20 p.m. A shopper reported that an unknown person
stole her wallet from her purse while was inside the business. No suspects or witnesses at this
time.
VANDALISM:
1000 block Heritage Park, 9/30 – 10/1 9:50 a.m. A resident reported that an unknown person
flattened three tires on her vehicle. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
ARRESTS:
Preston Campbell, 21, of Woodbridge was arrested on warrants from Spotsylvania and
Fredericksburg charging him with possession of stolen credit cards, grand larceny, and
possession of stolen goods with the intent to sell.
Jordan McIntyre, 28, of Fredericksburg was arrested for two counts of domestic assault and
battery.

Charles County Sheriff's Office Incident Reports

DETECTIVES CHARGE MAN WITH SEXUAL CHILD ABUSE: On Sept. 29, detectives assigned to the Criminal Investigations Division arrested Randy Albert Moore, Jr., 30, of Waldorf in connection with sexually assaulting two boys who were known to him. The investigation began in March of this year after detectives were notified that Moore may have sexually abused a child relative over a period of time. While conducting the investigation, detectives learned Moore also abused the child of a family friend in 2012. The assaults occurred inside Moore's Waldorf home. Moore was charged with two counts of sexual abuse of a minor, two counts of third-degree sex offense, two counts of fourth-degree sex offense, one count of perverted practice and one count of second-degree assault. At this time there have been no other reports, but investigators are asking anyone who may have additional information to contact Det. J. Long at (301) 609-6502 or Det. C. Gass at (301) 609-6522. Moore is currently being detained at the Charles County Detention Center.
THEFT OF CATALYTIC CONVERTER: On Oct. 1 between 6 a.m. to 6 p.m., unknown suspect(s) stole a catalytic converter from a car parked at the Mattawoman Beantown Park and Ride, 3220 Mattawoman Beantown Road in Waldorf. Additional thefts may have occurred, but have not yet been reported. Anyone who believes their car was tampered with at the Mattawoman Park and Ride should contact the CCSO at (301) 932-2222. Officer A. Duckett is investigating.

THEFT FROM AUTO: On Sept. 30 between 2 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., unknown suspect(s) broke into a car parked in the driveway of a house in the 2300 block of Audrey Manor Court in Waldorf and stole an amplifier from the trunk of the vehicle. Officer J. Sapienza is investigating.

**UPDATES**

Armed Robbery *ARRESTS – On September 30th, detectives from the Robbery Unit were able to identify the suspects involved in the robbery which was reported to have occurred in the area of Mapledale Rd and Dale Blvd in Woodbridge on September 29th. The suspects were connected to the incident after license plate information was obtained on the suspect vehicle. Detectives further learned that during the incident, the suspect with the knife held it to one of the victim's throat. Following the investigation, detectives obtained warrants against both suspects. The men were located and arrested without incident later that evening.

Armed Robbery [Previously Released] – On September 29th at 9:49PM, officers responded to the area of Mapledale Rd and Dale Blvd in Woodbridge (22193) to investigate a robbery. The victims, a 19 year old woman and a 23 year old man – both of Woodbridge, reported to police that they were sitting in a vehicle in the above area when they were approached by two unknown men. One of the men pulled out a gun while the other pulled out a knife. The men took the victims cell phones and fled the area in a vehicle. No injuries were reported. The suspects were only described as black males in their late teens.

**INCIDENTS**

Attempted Residential Burglary – On September 30th at 9:13AM, officers responded to a residence located in the 3400 block of Scelzi Ct in Triangle (22172) to investigate an attempted burglary. The homeowner reported to police that at around 12:55AM, an unknown person was seen in the backyard of the residence. Police were contacted and officers checked the area. No suspect was located. Later than morning, the homeowner reported damage to a rear window of the residence. No entry was made into the home and no property was reported missing.

Attempted Commercial Burglary – On September 30th at 7:28AM, officers responded to a business located in the 14800 block of Persistence Dr in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate an attempted burglary. Employees reported to police that sometime between 2:45PM on September 28th and 5:50AM on September 29th, entry was attempted into the business through a side door which was found damaged. No entry was made into the business and no property was reported missing.

Strangulation | Assault & Battery – On September 30th at 1:14AM, officers responded to the 14400 block of Gemstone Dr in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate an assault. The victim, a 23 year old man of Woodbridge, reported to police that he was standing outside of an apartment building located in the above area when he was approached by the accused, a known acquaintance. During the encounter, the accused allegedly struck the victim and knocked him to the ground. The assault continued and the victim reportedly lost consciousness. When the victim woke, the suspect was choking him. The victim was eventually able to separate from the accused and contact police. Minor injuries were reported. The accused fled the area prior to officers arriving at the home. He was eventually located at his residence and arrested without further incident.

Strong Armed Robbery – On September 29th at 1:52PM, officers responded to investigate a robbery which was reported to have occurred in the 12400 block of Hedges Run Dr in Woodbridge (22192). The victim, a 17 year old male juvenile of Woodbridge, reported to police that he was in the above area when he encountered a group of unknown individuals. During the encounter, one of the men asked to use the victim's phone. When the victim attempted to retrieve his phone back, the group threatened him. The group dispersed and the victim returned to his residence where police were contacted. Officers eventually located three of the suspects matching the descriptions provided by the victim in the area of Potomac Mills Cir. Those suspects, identified as the accused individuals below, were detained without further incident. Following the investigation, detectives from the Robbery Unit were able connect all three suspects to the robbery. On October 1st, detectives further learned that a 17 year old male juvenile was also involved in the robbery. Charges were subsequently obtained against that suspect as well.

broke the rear window on her vehicle and stole a pair of Nike shoes from the back compartment.

unknown person stole her cell phone from her desk. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

person stole her cell phone from a shelf while she was working. No suspects or witnesses at this

VANDALISM:
200 block Ivanhoe Ct, 9/29 – 9/30 10:00 a.m. A resident reported that an unknown person
shattered the rear window on her mother's vehicle. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
ARRESTS:
Harold Hare, 29, of Fredericksburg was arrested for felony possession with intent to distribute
heroin and misdemeanor eluding a police officer.
Theresa Woolfrey, 42, of Fredericksburg was arrested for shoplifting from the 7-Eleven on
Lafayette Boulevard.
John Njenga, 41, of no fixed address was arrested for trespassing and released on a summons.
Wayne Payne, 52, of no fixed address was arrested for public intoxication after being interdicted.

**INCIDENTS**

Burglary to Business – On September 29th at 12:05PM, officers responded to the Prince Pizza & Grill located at 2902 Garber Way in Woodbridge (22192) to investigate a burglary. The business owner reported to police that the burglary occurred around 1:39AM. The investigation revealed that entry was made into the business through a rear door which was found damaged. An undisclosed amount of U.S. Currency was reported missing.

Strangulation | Domestic Assault & Battery – On September 26th at 6:57AM, officers responded to a residence located in the 14100 block of Essex Dr in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate a domestic assault. The victim, a 36 year old woman of Woodbridge, reported to police that she and the accused, a known acquaintance, were involved in a verbal altercation which escalated. During the encounter, the accused allegedly struck the victim and, at one point, began to choke her. The suspect took the victim's phone when she attempted to contact police. The victim was eventually able to contact police. Minor injuries were reported. The accused fled the area prior to officers arriving at the home. He was eventually located and arrested.
