**INCIDENTS**
 
Armed Robbery – On October 30th at 9:36PM, officers responded to the Yorkshire Service Center located at 7522 Centreville Rd in Manassas (20111) to investigate a robbery. An employee reported to police that an unknown man entered the store and approached the counter. Once at the counter, the man pulled out a handgun and demanded money. During the encounter, the employee attempted to grab the gun and a struggle ensued. The suspect was able to retain the weapon and eventually took money before fleeing the store on foot. No injuries were reported. A police K-9 was used to search for the suspect.
                Suspect Description:
Hispanic male, between 17 & 22 years of age, 5’4”, 145lbs with a thin build, short black hair and brown eyes
                Last seen wearing black jacket, possibly a fleece, and blue jeans
 
Residential Burglary – On October 30th at 4:33PM, officers responded to a residence located in the 1300 block of East Longview Dr in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate a burglary. The homeowner reported to police that the burglary occurred between 9:00AM and 2:40PM. The investigation revealed that entry was into the home through a bedroom window which was forced open. A safe containing money was reported missing.
 
Residential Burglary – On October 30th at 12:40PM, officers responded to investigate a burglary which was reported to have occurred at a residence under construction located in the 14700 block of Bell Tower Rd in Woodbridge (22193). The property manager reported to police that the burglary occurred between 5:00PM on October 24th and 9:00AM on October 28th. The investigation revealed that there were no signs of forced entry. Entry is believed to have been made through an unsecured door. A microwave was reported missing.

**ARRESTS**
 
Aggravated Sexual Battery – On October 30th, detectives from the Special Victims Unit began an investigation into a sexual assault which was reported to have occurred at a residence located in the 3900 block of Deer Ct in Woodbridge (22193) the day prior on October 29th. The investigation revealed that the victim, a 6 year old girl of Woodbridge, was sexually assaulted by the accused, a known acquaintance. Following the investigation, detectives obtained a petition against the accused, a juvenile.

Malicious Wounding | Domestic Assault & Battery – On October 30th at 1:32AM, officers responded to a residence located in the 3400 block of Belfry Ln in Woodbridge (22192) to investigate a domestic related stabbing. The victim, a 23 year old woman of no fixed address, reported to police that she and the accused, a known acquaintance, were involved in a verbal altercation which escalated. During the encounter, the accused assaulted the victim and a struggle ensued. At one point, the accused retrieved a knife and stabbed the victim in the shoulder. Police were eventually contacted and officers located both parties still at the home. The victim was treated for non-life threatening injuries. Following the investigation, the accused was arrested.

Strangulation | Domestic Assault & Battery – On October 30th at 5:11PM, officers responded to a residence located in the 3500 block of Melrose Ave in Triangle (22172) to investigate a domestic assault. The victim, a 30 year old woman of Triangle, reported to police that she and the accused, a known acquaintance, were involved in a verbal altercation which escalated. During the encounter, the accused assaulted the victim and, at one point, began to choke her. The victim was eventually able to get away from the accused and attempted to leave the home. The accused prevented the victim from leaving and continued to assault and choke her. A witness was able to intervene and separated the two parties. The accused fled prior to police arriving at the residence. Minor injuries were reported. Officers were able to locate and arrest the accused without further incident on Purvis Dr.

                Ryan Allen WALKER, 31, of the 3500 block of Melrose Ave in Triangle
                Charged with strangulation and domestic assault & battery

Strong Armed Robbery – On October 30th at 8:58AM, officers respond to the 7-11 located at 14820 Cloverdale Rd in Woodbridge (22193) to investigate a robbery. Employees reported to police that an unknown man entered the store and approached the counter. Once at the counter, the accused asked for cigarettes from clerk. During the encounter, the accused forcibly grabbed the cigarettes and a case of beer from the clerk and fled the store. The accused was seen getting into a vehicle and fleeing the area. An employee from the store was able to follow the suspect and provided police with their location. Officers located the suspect on Granby Rd and attempted to detain him. As officers attempted to arrest the accused, he refused to exit the vehicle. Following a brief struggle, the accused was eventually removed from the vehicle and arrested.

Narcotics Investigation – On March 11th, detectives from the Prince William-Manassas-Manassas Park Narcotics Task Force concluded a narcotics investigation involving the distribution of suspected heroin with the execution of a search warrant at 8568 Adamson St in the City of Manassas (20110). As a result of the search, suspected heroin, ammunition, money and paraphernalia were seized. Following the investigation, the below suspects were arrested without incident. These arrests were previously held for investigation purposes.

Fredericksburg Police Department Incident Reports

FRIDAY, OCTOBER 31, 2014
LARCENY:
800 block Bright St, 10/29 – 10/30 7:30 a.m. A resident reported that an unknown person stole a 
watch and other items of value from her vehicle. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
800 block Moncure St, 10/29 – 10/30 5:30 p.m. A resident reported that an unknown person 
stole the front license plate from his vehicle. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
1200 block William St, 10/29 – 10/30 8:30 p.m. A visitor reported that an unknown person stole 
a quantity of loose change from her vehicle. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
VEHICLE TAMPERING:
1300 block Payne St, 10/29 – 10/30 7:00 a.m. A resident reported that an unknown person 
entered her vehicle and rummaged through the contents of her console. No suspects or witnesses 
at this time.
1200 block Brent St, 10/29 – 10/30 7:20 a.m. A resident reported that an unknown person 
entered his vehicle and rummaged through the contents of his console and glove box. No 
suspects or witnesses at this time.
DUI ARRESTS:
David Beverly, 29, of Ruther Glen was arrested for DUID in the 3500 block of Plank Road.
ARRESTS:
Andre Adounvo, 22, of Stafford was arrested for possession with intent to distribute marijuana.
Jaque Wheeler, 24, of Fredericksburg was arrested for shoplifting from Walmart and released on 
a summons.
Tevin Washington, 21, of Fredericksburg was arrested for shoplifting from Wegmans. 
Robert Williams, 46, of Stafford was arrested for public intoxication.
Robert Moore, 52, of Fredericksburg was arrested for felony larceny.
Patricia Feaster, 41, of Fredericksburg was arrested on warrants from Spotsylvania charging her 
with misdemeanor bad checks. Christopher Jones, 38, of Fredericksburg was arrested for possession of marijuana and released 
on a summons.

Abduction | Domestic Assault & Battery *ARREST – On October 28th, officers arrested the accused involved in the domestic assault which was reported to have occurred in the 14700 block of Dodson Dr in Woodbridge on October 11th. The accused was arrested without incident

Abduction | Domestic Assault & Battery [Previously Released] – On October 11th at 2:30PM, officers responded to the 14700 block of Dodson Dr in Woodbridge (22193) to investigate a domestic assault. The victim, a 22 year old woman of Woodbridge, reported to police that she and the accused, a known acquaintance, were involved in a verbal altercation which escalated. The argument began inside the residence then proceeded outside where both parties got into a vehicle. Once inside the vehicle, the accused assaulted the victim and prevented her from leaving. The victim was eventually able to get out of the vehicle and contact police. The accused fled prior to officers arriving in the area. Minor injuries were reported. Following the investigation, warrants were obtained against the accused.

Strangulation | Domestic Assault & Battery – On October 29th at 5:14AM, officers responded to a residence located in the 4000 block of Buckingham Ct in Dumfries (22025) to investigate a domestic assault. The victim, a 42 year old woman of Dumfries, reported to police that she and the accused, a known acquaintance, were involved in a verbal altercation which escalated. During the encounter, the accused assaulted the victim and, at one point, pushed her onto a bed where he proceeded to choke her. The parties eventually separated and the accused fled prior to police arriving at the home. Minor injuries were reported. Following the investigation, officers obtained warrants for his arrest.

                Brian Terrell BOLAR, 25, of the 4000 block of Buckingham Ct in Dumfries
Described as black male, 5’7”, 140lbs with a thin build, medium complexion, short black hair, brown eyes and a tattoo on his wrist “My Brenda”
                Wanted for strangulation and domestic assault & battery
 
Attempted Strong Armed Robbery – On October 29th at 10:45PM, officers responded to the 11200 block of Soldier’s Ridge Cir in Manassas (20109) to investigate an attempted robbery. The victim, a 44 year old man of Manassas, reported to police that he was outside his residence when he was approached by an unknown male juvenile. During the encounter, the juvenile suspect asked the victim for time. The victim pulled out his cell phone to check the time. At that point, the suspect reached towards and grabbed the phone. The victim held onto the device and a struggle ensued. The suspect eventually fled on foot without the phone. No injuries were reported. A police K-9 was used to search for the suspect.

Black male, between 15 & 16 years of age, 5’8” with a thin build, medium complexion, short dyed-blonde hair and brown eyes
Last seen wearing dark colored clothing – no further description
 
Discharging a Firearm from a Vehicle | Attempted Malicious Wounding On October 28th at 0:11PM, officers responded to the 4100 block of Hoffman Dr in Woodbridge (22193) to investigate a shots fired call. The victim, a 33 year old man of Woodbridge, reported to police that he and a known acquaintance were standing in his yard when an unknown, red SUV pulled in front of the residence. Once stopped, an occupant of the SUV reportedly shot towards the victim and his acquaintance. The vehicle then continued down Hoffman Dr before making a U-turn and approaching the residence where the occupant fired towards the victim and the acquaintance a second time. No injuries or property damage were reported. Following the incident, the vehicle fled the area at a high rate of speed. No description of the driver or its occupants was provided to police. The incident does not appear to be random.
 

Residential Burglary – On October 29th at 7:47PM, officers responded to a residence located in the 12500 block of Oakwood Dr in Woodbridge (22192) to investigate a burglary. The homeowner reported to police that the burglary occurred between 10:00AM and 7:30PM. The investigation revealed that there were no signs of forced entry into the home. Entry is believed to have been made through an unsecured kitchen window. Two firearms and money were reported missing.
 
Residential Burglary – On October 29th at 3:21PM, officers responded to an apartment located in the 3100 block of Chesapeake Dr in Dumfries (22026) to investigate a burglary. The resident of the apartment reported to police that the burglary occurred between 12:30PM and 1:45PM. The investigation revealed that entry was made into the residence through the front door which was tampered with. Jewelry, a pair of shoes and money were reported missing.

Residential Burglary | Brandishing – On October 24th at 10:08PM, officers responded to a residence located in the 7000 block of Lakota Dr in Woodbridge (22193) to investigate a burglary. The victim, a 23 year old woman of Woodbridge, reported to police that she and the accused, a known acquaintance, were involved in an earlier verbal altercation. The accused reportedly came to the victim’s home and forced entry through a front door. The accused collected his belongings and left the home. The victim confronted the accused, at which point, he allegedly pulled out a handgun and pointed it towards the victim. No shots were fired and no injuries were reported. The accused was located at his residence and arrested without incident following the investigation.

                Michael Eugene DYER Jr., 24, of 13440 Nystrom Ct in Woodbridge
                Charged with burglary, brandishing and destruction of property

Narcotics Investigation – On August 26th, detectives from the Prince William-Manassas-Manassas Park Narcotics Task Force concluded a narcotics investigation involving the distribution of prescription pills with the execution of a search warrant at 12175 Derriford Ct in Woodbridge (22192). Following the investigation, the accused was arrested without incident. This arrest was previously held for investigation purposes.

**INCIDENTS**
 
Reckless Handling of a Firearm – On October 28th at 8:56PM, officers responded to the area of Porters Inn Dr and Shore Haven Dr in Dumfries (22026) to investigate a shots fired call. Security personnel reported to police that several individuals were involved in a large fight in the area above. At one point, gun shots were heard before the group dispersed. Officers arrived and located a shell casing in the parking lot. An unoccupied vehicle was also found damaged. No injuries or other property damage were reported and no suspects were located.
 
Residential Burglaries – On October 28th at 3:05PM, officers responded to an apartment located in the 3200 block of Berlin Ct in Woodbridge (22193) to investigate a burglary. The resident of the apartment reported to police that the burglary occurred between 9:00AM and 2:40PM. The investigation revealed that there were no signs of forced entry into the residence. Entry is believed to have been made through an unsecured window. A laptop, Kindle Fire, shoes and games were reported missing. While investigating this incident, officers discovered a broken window to a neighboring apartment. Jewelry and a car stereo were reported missing.
 
Residential Burglary – On October 27th at 6:00PM, officers responded to the Summerland Heights Apartment Complex located at 1870 Gableridge Turn in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate a burglary to a vacant apartment. The property manager of the complex reported to police that the burglary occurred between 4:00PM on October 24th and 6:00PM on October 27th. The investigation revealed that there were no signs of forced entry. Entry is believed to have been made into the apartment through a window after an exterior screen was removed. No property was reported missing.
 

**ARRESTS**

Residential Burglary – On October 28th at 8:30AM, officers responded to a residence located in the 3300 block of Dondis Creek Dr in Triangle (22172) to investigate a burglary in progress. The homeowner reported to police that she was inside her home when two unknown men forcibly entered the residence through a basement level door. The homeowner locked herself in a bedroom and contacted police. Officers arrived and surrounded the home. The two suspects were encountered inside the residence by police. One of the men was detained without further incident while the other attempted to flee. The fleeing suspect ran out of the front door and was quickly apprehended by additional officers. No property was reported missing. Following the investigation, both suspects were arrested.

Charged with burglary, destruction of property, possession of burglarious tools and contributing to the delinquency of a minor

Arrests Made, October 20, 2014 – October 26, 2014
 
 
Theft
On 10/26/14, Deputy Fuller released Kyosha Hagans, 21 of Spotsylvania on a summons for Shoplifting at Wal-Mart.
 
On 10/25/14, Deputy M. Scott arrested Carmen Arias-Gamboa, 40 of Spotsylvania for Grand Larceny Shoplifting, Conspiracy to Commit Grand larceny and Providing False Identification to Law Enforcement; Daysi Cordoba-Sanchez, 28 of Alexandria for Simple Assault, Conspiracy to Commit Grand larceny and Providing False Identification to Law Enforcement; and Estefany Sandoval, 27 of Maryland for Grand Larceny Shoplifting, Conspiracy to Commit Grand Larceny and Providing Flase Identification to Law Enforcement.  The arrests stemmed from offenses at Hollister.
 
On 10/23/14, Deputy Harney released Michelle Therese Baucum, 37 from Stafford on a summons in the 3100 Block of Plank Road for Shoplifting.
On 10/22/14, Deputy Harney arrested Brandon Irven Keating, 18 from Spotsylvania in the 10000 Block of Post Oak Road for Grand Larceny. 
On 10/20/14, Deputy Arndt released Rockland Gibson, 54 of Spotsylvania for Petit Larceny Shoplifting at the Giant at Hilltop.
 
On 10/20/14, Deputy Arndt arrested James Judd, 44 of Spotsylvania for Felony Petit Larceny Shoplifting from the Giant at Hilltop
 
Assault
On 10/24/14, Deputy Collins arrested Todd Weaver, 50 of Greenville, PA for Sexual Battery of a Minor and Indecent Liberties with a Minor.
 
On 10/24/14, Deputy Cairns arrested William Bunns, 36 of Spotsylvania for assault and issued a summons for Possession of Marijuana. 
 
On 10/22/14, Deputy S. Boyd arrested Ovid Carroll, 48 of Spotsylvania for Obstruction of a County Employee, Assault and Intentionally Attempt to Prevent Law Enforcement from Lawfully Arresting the Accused.
 
DUI
On 10/24/14, Deputy Setlock arrested De'Quan Neal, 20 of Culpeper for DUI.  Additionally, Deputy Polliard arrested Orion Rainey, 24 of Blackville and Guinn Alex, 23 of Columbia, MD for Drunk in Public. 
 
On 10/23/14, Deputy Polliard arrested Eric Elliott, 50 of Spotsylvania for DUI, Possession of Marijuana, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia during a traffic stop in the area of Rosner's Toyota.  Sr. Deputy Woodard also arrested Grace Ferguson, 24 of Richmond for Possession of Heroin, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia on the same stop.
 
On 10/23/14, Sgt. Assur arrested Joseph Zovak III, 47 of Locust Grove for DUI, Refusal of Breath Test, and Possession of Marijuana.
 
On 10/23/14, Deputy Polliard arrested David Garcia, 33 of Spotsylvania for DUI, Possession of Marijuana, and Reckless Driving, during a traffic stop at Spotsylvania Pkwy., and Rt. 1.
 
On 10/22/14, Deputy Polliard arrested Eric Richardson, 28 of Spotsylvania for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol during a traffic stop at the 4000 block of Mine Rd.
 
Arrests
On 10/26/14, Deputy Plunkett arrested Christopher Beckner, 18 of Spotsylvania following a foot pursuit for Trespassing, Obstruction of Justice and Possession of Marijuana. 
On 10/24/14, Deputy Polliard arrested Adam Zandstra, 25 of Stafford for Reckless Discharge of a Firearm on Hideaway Ct.
