Fredericksburg Police Department Incident Reports

THURSDAY, MAY 29, 2014 
 
LARCENY: 
James Monroe High School, 2300 Washington Ave, 5/27 9:40 a.m. A student reported that her 
headphones were stolen from a classroom. No suspects or witnesses at this time. 
Panera Bread, 1760 Carl D Silver Pkwy, 5/28 1:15 p.m. A patron reported that an unknown 
person stole the credit cards from her purse. The cards were later used to make fraudulent 
purchases at area stores. The investigation is ongoing. 
Mullins and Thompson, 1621 Jefferson Davis Hwy, 5/28 12:00 p.m. – 1:00 p.m. A Vinton 
resident reported that an unknown person stole her purse from her vehicle. No suspects or 
witnesses at this time. 
2200 block Gordon Shelton Blvd, 5/28 5:00 p.m. – 5:45 p.m. Three friends reported that an 
unknown person stole items of value from their unlocked vehicle. No suspects or witnesses at 
this time. 
ARRESTS: 
Laurie Butler, 48, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a warrant from Stafford charging her with 
domestic assault and battery. 
Demetrice Ferguson, 23, of Fredericksburg was arrested for domestic assault and battery
