Fredericksburg Police Department Incident Reports

FRIDAY, MAY 16, 2014 
 
LARCENY: 
Wegner Metal Arts, 520 Wolfe St, 5/15 9:00 a.m. An employee reported that an unknown 
person stole the U.S. flag from the side of the building. Employees at Roxbury Mills later found 
the flag burned and on the ground behind their property on Jackson Street. No suspects or 
witnesses at this time. 
Pat Grimes, 2303 Jefferson Davis Hwy, 5/15 1:00 a.m. – 8:50 a.m. A manager reported that an 
unknown person stole the catalytic converter from a company-owned vehicle parked on the lot. 
The investigation is ongoing. 
100 block Springwood Dr, 5/13 – 5/15 2:00 p.m. A resident reported that an unknown person 
stole her wallet from her purse inside her home. No suspects or witnesses at this time. 
DUI ARRESTS: 
Adam Harvey, 28, of Spotsylvania was arrested for DUI in the 900 block of Princess Anne 
Street. 
ARRESTS: 
Michelle Jennings, 50, of Fredericksburg was arrested for shoplifting from Walmart. 
Emanuel Smith, 24, of Spotsylvania was arrested for trespassing. 
Iquan Cokley, 19, of Spotsylvania was arrested for shoplifting from Walmart. 
Siddiq Shukri, 55, of Stafford was arrested for shoplifting from Walmart and possession of drug 
paraphernalia. 
Michael Fauntleroy, 46, of no fixed address was arrested for public intoxication.
