GUNS N' ROSES: Axl Apologizes? Really?
Axl Rose did a couple of unusual things during Guns n' Roses' show Saturday night in Vancouver.
First, he had an unruly fan ejected from the show without causing a disturbance. As security walked the offending person out, Rose began singing "Happy Trails" and said that it was the first person he'd kicked out in 100 shows.
Later, he apologized for the 2002 riot that occurred when the band canceled their show at the nearby GM Place. Rose told the crowd, "On behalf of the city, I'd like to thank you for not tearing the place up. I apologize for my part in any past affairs." Rose later Tweeted, "And so it went... The ghost of no-shows past gets tossed out on his ass."
Duff McKagan, who opened the show, joined GNR for "You Could Be Mine" and "Civil War."
You can understand why I didn't include a pic right?
JOURNEY: Don't Call Him Neal Schlong
Neal Schon is preparing for legal action after a website posted a nude self-portrait of the Journey guitarist. TheDirty.com published the photo and claimed Schon had sent it via Facebook to a married woman, but her husband intercepted it. Schon's reps have issued a statement saying that he has hired counsel and is "taking immediate legal action against all parties involved in this matter."
The statement adds that this story is much more complicated than just a picture sent through Facebook. "Neal has received menacing texts messages over the past couple weeks from a person he has never met, telling him that he was in possession of Neal's stolen phone and threatening to release the photos. Apparently this person decided to carry out his threats."
Have a great night ya'll!!
