Pumpkin Stuff 9/25/13
This time of year you start to see pumpkin flavored things and I love me some pumpkin. Now it is easy to sit here and talk just about pumpkin beer but there is a ton of stuff. Years ago my sister in law Amy introduced me to pumpkin flavored ice cream and that started me on a journey into the delicious world of pumpkin. There is also pumpkin flavored doughnuts and cakes. It does always amaze me as well that they get pumpkin into all the coffee's and tea's as well. Lets be honest if you want to taste some pumpkin then this time of year you can find it in anything. Also while I don't usually do this I think maybe I will even go to a pumpkin patch this year and get a pumpkin. Now why would I go to the pumpkin patch and pick out one this year you ask? Simple because there are so many good pumpkin beers I would had a good buzz on and be fired up to go to the patch. For my taste I like the Night Owl from Elysian brewing. Clearly I am a little particle to that place since they make The Men's Room Red but I really like that beer and think it is the best one out there. So I hope you get some time to enjoy this time of year and some good tasting pumpkin stuff.

WWE Raw 9/24/13
So lately I have been watching a ton more WWE wrestling but mainly just Monday Night Raw and not the other shows as much. I go through phases with wrestling and I am on the up phase right now and found out they are having Raw in December at the Key Arena. I am excited to go see it live in person.  I went a few years ago to see a pay per view at the Key for WWE and it was awesome. I was shocked by the excitement of the crowd and how much the crowd gets into it. The other thing is even though I know that it is wrestling and fake but watching such big powerful athletes flying though the air and fighting is awesome. Seeing it in person really makes it that much better and fun. Also it is funny because if you are close enough you can yell at them and they can hear you. Sometimes they will even fired back a comment or two at you and it makes you feel more a part of it. The other thing you have to thing about is going to a WWE show is a little bit like a rock concert. There is a lot of loud music and fire and things blowing up. I feel like maybe I am making people think they need to go to a WWE event and maybe they should pay me for that, but really I am just writing about it since I watched RAW this morning before work. Also the soon to be WWE champion is from Aberdeen Washington

People that bug me 9/19/13
Today this blog will be a little more angry then my usual post because I am getting fed up with some people. Now the first gripe I have is one that I have brought up before and it is people that get on the elevator before they let people get off first. Number one if your in that big or a hurry you should have left a little bit early from your house. Now look I get a lost in my thoughts sometimes and might step on before someone gets off but at least I will stop and say sorry. This guy in my elevator in my building the other day hops right on and a guy and his kid could not even get off, I give a big loud "Come on man" and he moved to the side but did not even have the common courtesy to say sorry. The guy is a dumbass I have always thought and this confirmed it. Now the other one that got me going today is trash and how some people just leave it places and expect other to pick it up. You know where trash can's are and you are just being too lazy to go and drop it off in the garbage container. The root of both these problems is that people are just selfish and rude. To think you are that important is just dumb and to be that lazy is well no excuse for that. These people really get me going and not in a good way so do me a favor and do the right thing today. Hell I know some people that do some crazy S but they would never be this rude. Rant over

Fall TV 9/17/13
So all that talk about fall weather has finally come true as the weather has gotten a bit colder and we are in the clouds. I was very happy to see college football in full swing and the NFL. I would hard pressed not to mention the crazy weekend that was in Seattle sports as well. Friday I was in Century Link myself for the Sounders FC match in which the Sounders went to the top of the table as we say in soccer which means first place in the whole MLS. First place is a nice fit for the boys in green. Friday night the place was rocking but that was just a warm up as on Sunday 70,000 packed into the stadium for the match up of the week in the NFL and your Seattle Seahawks put in work and kicked the crap out of the San Francisco 49ers. I am not a Seahawks fan but that was a impressive win and the way the Redskins look right now I am not really worried about them having to play the Seahawks in the Playoffs because I don't think they are going to make the post-season. The Seahawks on the other hand should make the playoffs and I don't see why they can't win a super bowl this year they way they are going. It was nice to throw on the hoodie for the game. I always say I like fall and this one looks like a exciting one here in Seattle

Sons Of Anarchy 9/10/13
This week some of the best shows on TV are back. As if it was not exciting enough to watch NFL and a full college football Saturday line up today you get Sons of Anarchy tonight. I am a big fan of Sons and watch it pretty faithfully on Tuesday nights. I would say I like it so much it is one of the few shows I watch in real time and not on the DVR. I will always talk about how much I think The Wire was the best show on TV but Sons is my second choice. I was always a big time fan of The Shield as well. The Shield as in the TV show not the three dumb wrestlers that call themselves the Shield, those guys suck as much as Triple H. Anyhow Sons is a great show and with the fall TV line up in full swing all we need now is some chilly weather to make us want to go inside and cuddle up. I am shocked how warm it will be this week but hey if the weather is going to stay nice then I think you should go out and enjoy it to the fullest. I am fired up for tonight as it is not just the return of Sons of Anarchy but also a World Cup qualifier between the USA and Mexico tonight. A lot of good stuff on TV right now so I hope you watch some of it.

So this is a blog I have been waiting all summer to write and that is because Pain in the Grass in tomorrow. I am so excited to go I can't even explain it. First off to be able to go to a awesome show is great already but then you add in the fact that it is a KISW show and I work here makes it unreal. I have been to the gorge many times and it is just a special place to me and always a good time. The show it self is great as well and has many bands I am stoked to see like Airborne, Alice in Chains, Walking Papers, Jane's Addiction and a bunch more. So we have a great place to see a show and a great line-up and I get to be on stage some of the time. Now what else could make this more awesome? You, all of you!!!! Yeah so besides the fact we have all that awesome stuff we also have you rockaholics all weekend hanging with us. I am so pumped and can't wait to see you guys out in the grass or up front.
