What's up Rockaholics and Happy New Year!

In order to put out more fitness advice this year, I'm going to be doing some Down With The Fitness vlogs where I can drop more exercise philopophy, in addition to the blogs going over actual technique. This is the first of the vlogs.

In it, I give some practical ways to implement fitness into your life. These ideas don't even scratch the surface of possible ways you could move more consistently. There are a TON of ways YOU could do this and whatever you do, will be better than nothing.

I thought a vlog focusing on smaller, less stressful, and more sustainable actions would be fitting for New Years. This time of year a lot of people tend bite off more than they can chew and wind up not sticking with things past February. Hopefully this vlog will get you thinking about ways to maintain consistency through 2018 and beyond!

Consistency is the number 1 key.
