Today started off with a tattoo theme…Double R came in, finally he is no longer sick with the swine flu (he really didn’t have that type of the flu)….what we learned is that his type of flu had the strangest side effects…it made him tan & also made him have a new tattoo. We found out about his new tat based on this Twit-Pic he posted over the weekend--he got it at Tony's Tried & True Tattoo in Port Orchard:
I learned something new about the Mexican culture…when a Mexican man passes away, he doesn’t lose his facial hair…or his sombrero!
After we chatted with Dub about his new tattoo…we spoke to Nate Odell…Nate is doing something interesting to raise money. According to his site:
He wants to raise a $1Million by selling lottery units ($1 / unit) for the opportunity to tattoo his body with your company logo. His goal is to raise a million dollars to pay for his soon to be born twins college education and to pay off his mortgage. He wants to provide his family with the best life possible by eliminating some debt and helping his children get an education…that’s it. Once a million dollars has been raised a company logo will be selected at random to be tattooed on his body in a location he chooses and at a tattoo parlor of his choice.
Huge thanks to Sid & Marty Kroft for calling in. These are the guys that gave us some great show when we were kids…shows like: H.R. Pufnstuf, The Bugaloos, Sigmund and the Sea Monsters, & Land of the Lost . They called in to chat about the new Land Of the Lost, which features Will Farrell & Danny McBride. One cool thing we learned about them is that they performed at the Seattle Worlds Fair back in 1962, and they have the very first ticket for admission into the Space Needle.
This weekend was awesome...My lady & I went & saw CAVO at the Snoqualmie Casino--these guys were awesome live...chatted with them for a little bit after the show & it sounds like they are fond of the crowd as well, as they can't wait to come back to Seattle. We went to the Sounders game on Saturday as well...what an awesome time...i love going to the games. We sat next to a dude named Steve, and his daughter--they are fans of the show, and were a blast to sit next to...especially since Steve was well versed on the rules in Soccer! Before the game we hung with some cool guys that listen to the show...Kyle & his bro...check it out!
Today BJ read an email from a chick named Beth who has issues with a couple of the members of the show:

Let me start off by saying I love your show, I really really do BUT!!!!!!!!!!!
Double R is not really that stupid! He can't be or else no girl would ever marry him! Come on making monkey sounds, dry humping everything he gets his hands on, making the most insulting remarks to guests at the worst possible times, he’s a phoney!
He is nothing more than an attention whore, and he is so full of himself.
He does that, because its the only way he can get a job on your show! I have seen him in real life with this wife at QFC on Mercer Island and he doesn't act like that! He looks like a grown up retarded chimpanzee high off of cat nip trying to have sex with a candy wrapper!
And I have never seen any celebrity wear their own name on their own hat and on their t-shirt, what a sellout Double R is.
When he runs out of steam and has to improv something, he ALWAYS goes back to pulling out his little Double R, grabbing it, or humps something.
His intelligence is the equivalent of Huey the retarded duck, and magilla the gorilla!
If RR were a Muppet Baby, he would be a hybrid of Fozzy the Bear and Animal, because Double R wishes people would throw tomatoes at him when he tells bad jokes, only penis flavored tomatoes, and RR eats everything in sight just like Animal.
And Top Shelf can't really think everything is funny. I watched the video blog about Top Shelf's laugh and it is still fake! Come on, how can cancer be funny!
BJ and STP you two are the only real ones the act the same all the time!
Rev doesn't count because he hung up on me before when I tried to call in on the show before, so he's an a-hole!
